Pros +
- The Hotel El Palace Barcelona was a fabulous choice. The reception staff, concierge and restaurant staff are all so warm and welcoming. The location could not be more perfect for site seeing and exploring Barcelona!
- We stayed here in 2001 when it wwas the Ritz. Since then, it has been renovated and so much nicer. Staff was excellent! Be sure to check out the restaurants and the club in the basement.
- The staff was very attentive. The interior was classic, felt wonderful, chandeliers, artwork!! Room service, restaurant food was great and a very, very good concierge team!
Cons -
- My only complaint was that I paid extra for an upgraded room with view, on the 6th floor. It would have been nice to know that being one floor below the rooftop bar comes with early morning/late night loud sounds of tables and chairs being moved.
- No
- Our room was on the street so it was very interesting but a bit loud with the window open during busy daytime hours.

The staff was very attentive. The interior was classic, felt wonderful, chandeliers, artwork!! Room service, restaurant food was great and a very, very good concierge team!
