This elegant hotel is set in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, in an impressive, colonial, stone building with a clock tower. It is a 10-minute walk from Barcelona Cathedral and Barceloneta Beach. Hotel Colonial’s bright, air-conditioned rooms feature wooden floors. They are soundproofed and have a flat-screen TV and mini-bar. You can hire the safe, and the private bathroom comes with a hairdryer and amenities. A buffet breakfast is served in the Colonial Hotel café. Guests can relax with a free newspaper in the stylish lounge, with its white leather sofas, where Wi-Fi is free of charge. Barcelona Hotel Colonial has a tour desk. - Nice little hotel, comfortable bed. Large and well stocked breakfast bar. Easy to get anywhere, from walking out the door to see stuff to grabbing a cab on the streets. Loved the bar, where we'd grab a drink and chat with the bartenden.
- Located next to port road, metro 300 meters away. Staff helpful in getting tickets as needed to Sagrada . Plenty of hot water. Everything thing worked. Grocery stores and restaurants close by.

- It was very nice and the location was great. A little pricey...
- It was very loud at night and early morning. The whole building was right above the subway so you could feel the whole building is shaking when a subway train runs by every few minutes. Also the noise from cars passing by was so much that I couldn't sleep
