- Helpful staff! They helped me print some papers for some unexpected business. They gave good advice on where to eat and what to see, etc.
- Clean, excellent staff and good location.
- The hotel was very welcoming and stored our luggage when we arrived early. The room was very clean and the higher rooms facing west had a beautiful view of the entire city. Location is phenominal- close to University Metro station.
Cons -
- The plunge pool pump ran in the night and there was no obvious way to stop it. Also the sliding door didn't lock.
- I did not like that breakfast was not included, although it had appeared to be on our booking. I recommend asking if it is included prior to dining. They charged us at the end of our meal without us knowing beforehand.
- Beds were on rollers, which kept slipping around. Sheets were subpar,like I was sleeping on sandpaper. Only one door key, which meant the room was very hot when we came back from a long day. The key had to be in a special slot to cool the room
