This hotel is located next to Avinguda Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia, ideal for shopping. Guests can easily access Plaza Cataluña and the city’s historic gothic quarter. Free Wi-Fi is available. Pros +

Rooms were spacious and clean. Very nice location. Helpful staff.
The pool.
This hotel is very close of the church Sagrada Familia and the Rambla. The room was cleaned. Near is a 365 Bakery that was our spot each morning. It's a wonderful place to sit out with a coffee and any panini without stress.

Cons -

Pool - very small and the photo was deceiving. I would have liked a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Seeing other hotel guests not wearing masks in the lobby and elevator.
I did not like the the hotel put us in a room with a sewage smell, and then did not instantly switch us to another hotel in their chain. We had to stay in the lobby for the night, because they had no other rooms and the smell was unbearable.
Somebody came into our room while we were sleeping at 8:25 in the morning. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived.

The pool.

Somebody came into our room while we were sleeping at 8:25 in the morning. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived.

The only concern was the use of the bus. Nearby there is a bus station but it only goes to some places. I never understood the use of them. For me the hotel there could be an explanation for tourists of how to take the bus and the train.
