Pros +
- View from the patio
- Comfortable, easy to find, nice breakfast
- I liked the central location.
Cons -
- Room was tiny.
- Pool was chilly, difficult to control water from shower stall coming on to outside floor, noise from others loud in our room location.
- The breakfast was good but the coffee machine either didn’t work properly or it’s a very poor quality. Check-In was problematic. No on-site staff. Everything, including payment, must be handled online in advance. They need to fix that system. Not everybody fits into one box.

Hotel is so cute, definitely surprised. Would stay again. We only stayed one night. Breakfast is good! Great view of outside room looking onto hills. Pool and outdoor area is cute. The town is SO small but def worth the stay if you rent a car, its so easy to get to Soller and Port de Soller to explore as well. Make sure you park up the street as there is not parking close by. Youll need to walk your suitcases a few min up the road to your car. We found parking everytime we. needed it. Room small but had small balcony, coffee maker, mini fridge, and wardrobe for hanging clothes.
Faceless check in. You check in online before. There is a staff for breakfast though. There is an honesty bar downstairs where you can take things and mark what you got.
Lovely location and nice place.
The pool was dirty and not cleaned those 3 days I spent there. It is extremely noisy from the other rooms.
Good breakfast, easy parking (paid 10:00-19:00) 2 min walk from hotel, great location, and awesome views from the terrace/pool area.
Only small inconvenience was WIFI was slow.
Very beautiful hotel and super location. Room was exellent and breakfast was great.
Self-check inn was totally suprise and I didn't like that.
Quality breakfastSimple but luxuriousClose to restaurantsMagnificent mountain views
We stayed in the suite which was very special, with a beautiful view into the lush valley. Lovely breakfast.
The room was great - converted out of an old convent, retaining some original character, nice views, comfy mattress and superb breakfasts.
I received a text via WhatsApp the day before departure requesting payment via an attached link. I ignored it, as the advice is always pay via the Booking.com site and not outside it for security reasons. Then, I got another text in departures at the airport, saying I "MUST" pay via that link or I couldn't enter the hotel. Later, when I did get to the hotel, indeed, I couldn't enter it or pay then, as the reception wasn't open. (It closes at 14.30). So, I had to stand outside, pay via the link, then receive details of the code to open the door. The room key was left on the empty reception desk. All rather 'Airbnb' and not what I was expecting from what I thought was a luxury hotel. FYI should you find yourself in the same position. In fact, the whole experience was rather 'self-service'. When I asked the morning receptionist if she could book a taxi for our departure, I was referred to a card with details and advised to call one myself...
Very cute hotel in the middle of the city centre. The view on the mountains is insane, the rooms are cute and the breakfast was included.
amazing location, lovely building and beautifully renovated.
There were no staff! No one on reception, no one to help out with little requests. Check-in was online. All so strange.Pool was freezing.
The view is amazing the rest very mediocre.
Very small room, load, our door could not be locked. Very small breakfast.
The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.Very nice bathroom and friendly staff
Fornutaly it was only for one night.
4 stars hotel ??? You must be joking. Not really a hotel, except by its name. Don't have a proper reception. You need to do an auto check-in and use a code to get in. More an AirBnB experience. There are no indications on how to arrive nor what to with the car. Don 't try to get to the door by car or you will be in trouble. But the worst thing is that there is a scaffolding blocking the window. At 7:50, there were people already working on it. Finally small room without cupboards, all basic furniture. Breakfast is correct but no warm food.
Location in centre of village
Towards small street from early morning very noisy. On top there was a scaffold set up an working on the building. No prior advice given.
The hotel is situated in perfect location. The breakfast were exceptional as well as the hotel surroundings. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The views to the garden & mountains are charming!
However, the room we stayed in (the top floor) would definitely need renovation and might not be worth the money. The double bed was actually two twin beds that just kept moving away all the time. The bathroom could use some renovation. There were many cracked tiles and NO DOOR HANDLE. So you ended up with the bathroom door that had a hole in it instead of a door handle with no chance of closing the door unless using something heavier as a door stopper.
Quaint independent hotel. Pre arrival information excellent. Very responsive manager, who changed our room to meet our needs
The position is super good for visiting the city. Breakfast was ok.
We visited in winter and there are some parking spaces nearby avaible for 1€/h but they are not that many even in low season. Many of the rooms are up steep stairs so they are definitely not accessible for mobility impaired people.
very kind people who work there, beautiful pool & location. we loved it!
