The body soap was empty No phone in room Went to lobby to get more soap after waiting 30 minutes, no joke, they couldn’t find any

Love the design of the hotel. Gorgeous. Perfect location. So happy with this hotel.

Everything was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-equipped the rooms were. Having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment was incredibly convenient and made our stay feel very comfortable and easy.The reception area is absolutely gorgeous, and the location couldn’t be better. The staff were lovely and made everything effortless from start to finish.One of our favourite moments was coming back from shopping with my sister to find our parents relaxing in the sitting area, sipping whisky and listening to the calming music. It was such a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Tuly the perfect vibe.

Although breakfast was always delicious and filling, I would have loved a full breakfast menu. Bacon would have taken my 9 to an 11.

The soundproofing in the rooms was awful; you could hear all the noise from the street.The windows did not lock properly, and you could feel the air coming from outside as if they were open.The heater was not working properly, and the room was freezing.There was an outside generator noise that kept going for the entire time.The toilet sink was flooding.This was not my first stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience felt quite different this time in a less positive way.

Rooms were spacious and had everything you could need. Check in was via a screen/tablet. Nice and quiet.

The location is a bit on the outskirts of the centre of town, which was fine with us but just something to be aware of.

It was a great location and generally comfortable. Check in and check out were easy and the staff I interacted with were pretty nice as well.

It didn't meet my expectations based on the descriptions. Everything in the room seemed a little worse for the wear and there were some non-functional/poorly functional necessary features like a shower that wouldn't drain (I spoke to the staff about it twice and nothing changed - it was never confirmed whether it had been looked at so I don't know if it was not able to be fixed or if it was never looked at). Additionally, the window shade would get stuck/come out of its track. It also wasn't as clean as I'd hope, and there was no hand soap for the sink.

Nice 2 bedroom hotel right in the heart of New Town.

The facilities were great, big room, clean and comfortable, staff were nice and the ambiance was lovely.

The shower was an open shower, so once we showered the entire bathroom floor was wet.

The first apartment didn't have a working job but we were moved to a different apartment the next night

Everything felt clean and easy to navigate. There were multiple washer/dryers at the end of the hall that were free to use. The kitchen had plenty of amenities to be comfortable enough if you were staying for multiple days.

There were bedside lamps by only one bed, which made turning lights off at bedtime out reading before bed difficult. It’s an easy fix and an important one one, especially since the room without bedside lamps is the room with the kitchen, which could be dangerous.

The location and the bed ? We were within walking distance to everything from museums to parks and, the train station.

I was pleased with everything.

The staff were super friendly, professional, and helpful. Check in and out was an easy process.The location in new town is great. Amenities right out the door and all main attractions within reasonable walking distance.The common laundry room was a nice amenity. Though the machines aren’t the most efficient, they worked well enough to wash and dry.

The unit we stayed in, 101, was very dirty and not turned over properly for guests. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The floors felt sticky, and the bathroom tile grout was a dark brown when it should have been white (easily compared to areas where foot traffic doesn’t reach), and visible black and pink mold in the shower indicating it hasn’t been scrubbed or maintained in awhile.We were only given 1 towel that had someone’s hair in it, when it was a 2 person stay. There were dishes left over in the dishwasher, not clean and smelled mildewy. The common hallways were also gross, coated in visible dog hair, and like they don’t get cleaned regularly.

Great rooms, very clean, friendly staff

Staff was very friendly but not enough considering the demand. They were always incredibly busy and didnt have enough time to clean the tables, serve coffee,etc. Also, when selling “free breakfast” make it clearer that it is just grab and go with some pastries.

The room was so spacious and clean, had everything we needed in it. Location is really god, staff is also so nice and helpful. I would recommend Heeton Concept aparthotel to everyone

The place is really well located and super cute. The rooms are good size and comfortable. Staff are there 24-7, were very helpful, and there is a gorgeous and comfortable lobby to hang out in.

The room needs a bit of a spruce.

We arrived 30 minutes before check in and were told there was an extra fee for early check-in. They were polite but not flexible.

Very welcoming and kind staff members. Receptionist helped us to find a taxi to the airport. We couldn't find the kettle in our room, and they provided us with the new one. Very good location, close to the sightseeing by walk. Also very close to the train station. If you are an interior lover, this place is for you!!

There is no table to eat / drink tea. Consider this if you plan to have food inside. The rest was amazing.

Excellent location! The family room was also very spacious and had all the amenities needed, even for a long stay (like a dishwasher).
