Lovely room with plenty of space.Large bathroom with great shower.Towels thick and really good quality.Everything clean and tidy.Cot in room was excellent with clean mattress and bedding.

There was no continental breakfast available.Usually there are cereals and fruit and yoghurt before cooked breakfasts all included.

Property is not a 4 star.

Rowdy drunk all over the place.Blanket had stains on it.

Location was great for everything we needed to do and rooms very lovely too.

Settee in room 6 was a bit worn on arms and room 11 didn’t have any slippers!

Location was excellent. Breakfast was a little slow but the food was good, staff very friendly and helpful.

Room had a few issues which I reported to reception. Generally, the hotel is in need of complete refurbishment. Carpet and upholstery in our room was very grubby,

Staff at Tigerlily were so incredibly friendly and welcoming. The stay was for 2 nights and for my sister's 60th, i had emailed them prior, telling them about our celebration and they decorated the room with balloons, fizz and even some special cake too. We had dinner on our 2nd night and staff brought cake and sang Happy Birthday which made it really very special. The hotel and our suite was spotless and had everything we would look for in a luxury hotel.

Nightclub noise throughout the night, very poor shower and cold bathroom.

Nice location, very stylish restaurant, good food and vines, Luxury Twin room was excellent choice, large room and nice decoration. We asked for a quiet room, what we got was a room on the courtyard side, above hotel bar. There were only a few people but music was extremely loud so we couldn't sleep until the music ended about 2.30.. Air condition was noisy too, we had to put it off. Also it wasn't easy to order separate breakfast for two people. Restaurant I can recommend, hotel stay not that much even the room was nice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was well presented and provided when asked for. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Dinner menu could be more varied and quality improved. Breakfast was lovely and service was great but took a bit too long to serve, so having a buffet breakfast could help improve things further.

Wonderful decor, very colourful and quirky, food was amazing and staff very friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough to help.

Room was lovely and large, the only 1 thing I would say is that room 11 was a bit dark even with all the lights on and curtains open.

Only negative and it wasn’t the hotels fault was that there was a disruptive resident late at night outside our room , arguing , screaming , kicking doors down right next to our room , so much so that our room was shaking with it , kept us awake for ages and couldn’t get back to sleep

Excellant staff, comfortable accommodation in a good locaation. Enjoyed nice meal in good suroundings with friendly staff.

Air conditioning a bit noisy in our room.

Room was so spacious and absolutely spotless. Bed was huge and comfy. Pillows were a bit hard but that is totally personal preference. Mini bar was well stocked with good variety of products. Food was great in the bar area.

The fire alarm went off at 1am which was a bit annoying, then there was no communication after it went off. I had to get dressed and go down to reception and see what was happening.Also there was a lot of lights in the room which was quite confusing with the switches.

I like the price I paid as it was a bargain £108 for a nights stay in a luxury double. I requested a room with a bath and that was honoured. The staff were very welcoming, cheerful, helpful and kind. GHD hairdryer and straighteners, full selection of toiletries, mini bar and room service. What food and drinks I did have were delicious

Some furnishings, fittings and decor looking tired/broken and in need of upgrading. Coffee machine fiddly as it kept rejecting the pods, I prefer an old fashioned kettle personally. Kitchen was closed early when I called down at 9pm but I could still get dessert so was less annoyed! That’s the 3rd time I’ve stayed where that’s happened though.
