It was close to walk to attractions and tour meeting places. Very clean. Friendly staff

It was a downhill walk into the attractions but an uphill walk home at night. Only .5 miles away which was great but after walking all day (including a ghost walking tour), an uber home was the best way to get back.

Above and beyond what we expected. Very new apartment with some provisions stocked in the fridge and pantry. Fantastic deal for the money.

It was a 5 star experience but also as comfortable as home. The kitchen was stocked enough to have a lite breakfast in the morning, grocery store 2 minutes away. Easy access to castle.

We found no negatives.

No air conditioning. Dryer in combo washer/dryer did not work, so all our clothes stayed wet

Hotel was close to city center and had a washer-dryer in the suite. A nice selection of food was provided. Staff were very helpful.

While close to the city center, the location was slightly "sketchy" with a strip club close by. This didn't cause any problems though. I thought we would have a room with 2 beds, but the 2nd bed ended up being a sleeper sofa.

Hotel employee at the front desk was completely helpful and hospitable, showing me the room and how everything works and even giving great tips on where to eat and go. The room was amazing, a very large flat with living room, full kitchen, and bedroom. Unique!

Location was great to explore Edinburgh. Staff very responsive and helpful Very private and well stocked kitchen.

Its location and the people who work at the recetion is the best of the apartment

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The whole package is well put together and was a very pleasant experience.

It's not so much that I didn't like, but that just wished it was a bit closer to central old town. I know that it's considered old town but wasn't in the center of the action. However, there were restaurants and pubs in the vicinity.

There was lots of room in the apartment. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Not a five star on any level. Old tired furniture, worn dirty carpeting. So so location.

The room was huge, and had all of the amenities that we could want and ask for. The complimentary food in the room was very helpful and helped us save money on breakfast during our stay.

The location is next to a strip club.

I don't want these types of AirBNB-like apartment residences. No quality assurance. place was '90s and gross,carpeting everywhere, old musty smell.Did not deserve the high rating given. There is no way I'd recommend this.Stick to actual hotels!

Stains on the carpet, otherwise quite clean. Neighborhood has several strip clubs

The staff there were wonderful! And we loved the room.

Convenient with cooking and laundry facilities, close to grass market

I loved that it was an apartment type hotel. The children had their own room but were still in our unit. Convenient to everything and very close to Edinburgh Castle.

the place is absolutely clean and too perfect for a short vacation. Not just a bed and bathroom inside but as a residence hotel, it makes you feel more cozy and comfortable just like at home.

IT was slightly hard to find the place if you use public transportation. Recommnend taxi from the airport to hotel. IT only takes 20minutes and around 20 quids which is more convenient.

Fab place to stay, lovely spacious apartment, with great facilities. Perfect location for Lothian Road restaurants etc and the concert halls, and just a 5 minute wander up to Princes Street. Loved the food hamper, and the bargain secure car parking.
