Cons -

Wifi and hot water did not work very well at all. Tub drain was very slow. Stayed 3 nights and never received new towels. Beds made one morning. Basement unit had musty smell. Management did not respond to my email on addressing hot water/wifi issues.
they told us we could have full breakfast earlier but they weren't even started when we were ready to leave.
