Location was great! Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our apartment was very comfortable! I rated staff as excellent, but there was no actual staff. However, communication via emails about check in procedure was very helpful and clear .
The room was in a perfect location to everything in Edinburgh. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
very clean, no unnecessary housekeeping, easy and quick check-in and out instructions, no key to worry about

Cons -

The construction outside made it hard to get to the door. No parking made it difficult when first arriving with our luggage.
construction on street at time of stay could have potenrialt been noisy -no warning or discount offer
The bed in the loft with the low ceiling and the stairs are odd. The view is not good.

Great location. Nice size. Good internet. Kitchen.

Everything, it's an amazing location and the set up is grand. It feels so luxurious.

It was hard to tell that when we got off the train at Waverly station it was on top of a huge hill but that was more my fault :D

The location was amazing. The space was so beautifully decorated. I wish it was my actual home, that is how much we loved our stay here!
