Nicely equiped kitchen. Good size room with a large comfortable bed. The location was near a Tesco grocery store. The 35 bus stop was only a 2 minute walk.

Access to the city

It was beyond dirty, hair everywhere, the fuse box kept turning off, and the room was dated from the early 90?s. Did I mention it was dirty?

The kitchen facilities, the lounge was comfortable and the ensuite was handy, although smelly at first!

It was a bit tired and grubby, the carpets needed replacing in the hallways and the retrofitted plumbing needs a more professional look.

Apartment door would not close properly unless slammed very hard.There was a slot for card key to open front door which did not work.Sometimes at night had to wait several minutes for someone to come and open front door to enter the building.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was super clean and cozy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel's location - everything was within walking distance.

It was a perfect size for us, very comfortable. Loved the breakfast and snack items it was perfect way to start our day. Great location right off of high street.

The room was large but The twin size beds are right on top of each other. It was a good location- not more than a 20 minute walk to the furthest point of Edinburgh- only 1 minute walk to Royal mile. The room also had a washing machine, dish washer and fully stocked kitchen which was helpful.

Do not allow check in before 3- but did hold luggage until check in

The beds were not comfortable and the bathrooms had very poor design, resulting in water everywhere. Very overpriced for the facilities.

location is great. walking distance to major attractions like the Edinburg castle and the ancient city. Facility in the apartment is sufficient for cooking simple meals.

We arrived at 1pm and the rooms not ready for check in. We requested to leave our luggage while we walk around. The receptionist were not willing to accept and said that they will not be liable for any loss.

We didn’t like that type of breakfast, too expensive. Is the first time that we had that kind of experience. Breakfast included, is real breakfast, not boxes and milk. Very disappointed.

The hotel is in the old part of the city, so fantastic for exploring the sights by foot! The room was clean and had everything in it for a longer stay!

Travelling by car, the parking was not easy to find. A better explanation for the parking would have been great!

There nothing bad to say. Room was clean. Having washer/dryer was a plus. Location was great. I would recommend it to family and friends.

I wish it had a coffee machine.

Good location

In some disrepair. The bathroom had a lot of mildew, the remote control had no batteries, the electric kettle had a lot of rust in it, and the kitchen window latch was broken. It just didn’t look well-maintained. The bed was incredibly hard.
