Great location for tourists

The staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular Pablo on Reception and the Concierge

Terrific selection for breakfast.

There might have been something to read about putting the key card into the holder on the wall for lights but I didn't see it. Had it explained by a receptionist

The breakfast was very good with lots of good choice foods to choose from.The rooms were comfortable & spacious.The staff were exceptional,from start to finish.Very helpful,& very friendly.We were advised of the tourist & scenic areas to visit.

The route from bedroom to reception/dining could have been labelled a bit better.We managed with a tiny struggle.Not a major issue really. Hi

The location was perfect for being able to visit everything via walking. Breakfast was great. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu - the friendly and welcoming check in, the very comfortable room and excellent breakfast - and absolutely perfect location! We plan to return soon to experience more!

Excellent location in Old Town - staff were friendly and accommodating - taxi stand right out front for trip to airport. Breakfast buffet was delicious

The bed was sinking in the middle,

It was directly on the Royal Mile and accessible to everything. Completely central. A beautiful building, kept immaculately clean and lit nicely. Quiet at night and the staff were so friendly.

Room nights are a little overpriced but it is a perfect standard of class and service as a result.

The room is nice and the hotel is well situated.

The hotel is not good value for money. Also it says free parking, but it’s not and really expensive for a day, the parking was full (we waited 20min to have a place).

The room we were in unfortunately we did not realise ear plugs there to morning if we could use them and were woken up at 12.50 to 3.30am by noise from bar/club music and people on street at side we were facing, we would need to ensure different room if stayed again , potentially would have been good to be advised prior when checking in of potential disruption , appreciate in centre of town though

Great location and the staff were great. The only let down was breakfast. The set up for teas and coffee were disorganised and very small and cramped area. The breakfast plates were freezing so made the food cold. The bacon had lots of fat on which was not cooked very well. No tomatoes. The fried eggs were quite cold and hard. Maybe it was a very busy time of the year as school holidays had started but these little things especially warm plates make a huge difference to having a hot breakfast.
