The room/apartment was lovely. Enough room for my two adult daughters and myself.The location is excellent - right in the centre.Breakfast was yummy. Service was good.

Everything was fine.

Was so clean and well equipped . Bed was so comfy .

Friendly staff, gorgeous apartment & excellent location

The location was perfect and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Our apartment was exceptional clean and comfortable.

Something very minor, but the only mirror was in the bathroom. A mirror for hair drying in the bedroom would have been nice.

Breakfast mediocre food, awful coffee and very rude staff. There was a loud clunking noise every few minutes at the apartment, sounded like plumbing and it kept us awake.

Perfect Location beautiful room

Light switches awkward as hell to figure out very small writing and low down so you had to crouch down to read them and in the dark I had to use my phone for light to read them ..... actually a stupid system but not the end of the world

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a balcony room as the room we requested was sadly unavailable, we were provided a room with the save view overlooking the new town. Very easy to access, nice central location with lovely views. Very spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed. Made for a very comfortable stay.

Excluding the wardrobe, somewhere to hang some coats would have made sense. Not really a criticism and just shows there was nothing wrong at all, just a suggestion.

In a fantastic location on the Royal Mile, amenities were exceptional, staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to be immersed in Edinburgh.

Lovely spacious apartment, brilliant location and staff so helpful.

I have stayed at Cheval properties several times and am never let down. This trip was particularly special. We were greeted warmly by reception staff, who dealt with our heavy bags with grace. Staff in general were friendly and responsive but not at all overbearing (crucial for a relaxing stay!). Our room was perfect, with a magnificent view over New Town and everything we could have needed. Cheval have clearly considered every detail in their rooms- we loved the comfy bed, the lighting, quality furnishings and giant bath. Thank you Cheval!

Literally nothing.

The room had a washing machine and drier. The hotel had a good gym.

The price was very high.In the gym there was a young child on one day.

The photos of the room on booking were completely different tother ròm we were given that caused a problem at the start. The gym. is on another building and have to go outside to get to it.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom with balcony. There was no wardrobe or drawers in the 2nd bedroom so had to keep our luggage/clothes in the living area. Beds were very hard.

My fourth time staying at old town chambers and this place is second to none. But this time there was a banging noise near my room. Struggled to get a good nights sleep. Staff did come and inspect but could not figure out where it was coming from, they gave option to move but the room was so nice did not want to change half way through our stay.
