In a nice location and the room was bigger than I expected but I would not pay for full price for the room

The receptionist forgot to give me the WiFi code and by the time I went to use the Internet there was no one there

The area was perfect for sight seeing, close to shops and restaurants as well. The room itself was gorgeous! Very comfortable with a nice full kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

I liked the location, the room that it had a lovely kitchen. It was clean, and bed was very comfortable.

Website said there was parking but there was not, you are expected to find a parking space to check in then you had to drive to a different place to park and walk back 5-10 mins.

Very clean room.

Not a good location. Too many steps for hardship health. No parking. Not near food. Room too hot. Last day a different desk clerk said they could have moved us and a fan should have been in the room. We were not til that by an earlier clerk first day.

Kitchen area very efficient, plenty of hot water for showers.

Very beautiful property, daily cleaning, spotless, and a very big room with windows! I loved my room, and how close the property was to everything.

Location, room style and neighborhood

Wind entered the room despite the window was closed and the shower lost pressure after 2 min, my couple ended showering with cold watter

It was hot in the room and no way to regulate temperature. Small rotating fan was provided in the room.

Location is amazing, very close to everything - tram, castle and other royal mile sightseeings, main shopping street.Room is clean, pretty comfy, quite spacey, big wardrobe, double bed and sofa.

We didn’t spend a lot of time in room, so it was not such essential.Few issues: - TV didn’t work (or remote);-basement floor, and some storage facility just in front our room’s window, with having someone collecting some laundry/ rubbish bags. So we felt a bit insecure;- A bit unclear procedure on how access property, so had to call reception. Never received this info over email. -Guests can leave bags at reception, but there is no procedure to record that language belongs to specific guest.-Old building, so a bit smelly bathroom/ inconsistent water pressure in shower.-Heating worked only one night.

The location and the room is well equipped

The window is broken so it’s hard to air the room and the bed is so soft that I feel like I’m sinking down

The receptionist was very helpful and responsive. Very friendly as well.

It's a bit spartan. There is no lift and dragging your suitcase upstairs is no fun. No restaurant as well. For the money I would have expected more.

Located well - close to tram and Haymarket station as well as shops. Easy to walk to central attractions.

There was no staff or secured area to drop luggage - just leave it in hall and hope. Room was tired and lamps didn’t work, toilet seat broken, fan squeaky, very hot on sunny days, no sheets for pullout bed.

Clean, located close to transportation, quiet.

Stairs

I felt safe. The room was nice and inviting.

It was a little far from downtown. But the tram was easy to take.

They upgraded us to a bigger room, lots of space and there was a kettle and some tea to drink.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, too soft.

Location near Haymarket Station

Filthy carpets, hot stuffy room with poor ventilation, no handles on our door making it a safety issue.
