Cons -

- the renovations that are taking place where right out side are room they started every morning at 7 every day even Sundays. I am sure once it all gets fixed it will be amazing
- The atrium connecting the lobby with the rooms is a little run down and off to navigate. The area seems incongruous with the rest of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room, fantastic location
Many of the photographs were part of the restaurant rather than a spot to hang out. Also the garden-like interior space had very limited food options.

For visiting Edinburgh it's a very good location and the staff are very polite and friendly.
The room was small to say the least with 2 single beds pushed together. The bathroom was a joke, a tiny shower that was too small to use & a toilet not much bigger. No soundproofing on windows so outside noise very loud. Overall not impressed at all.
