Cons -
- I have not heard yet from your team whether we are getting refund for second night since it was an emergency cancellation because of stolen passport!
- There was a sewerage issue in a room below ours, causing a bad smell. Saw a plumber come, and the problem was gone.
- Perhaps the menu could be expanded and enhanced.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Not so far from the main city attractions. Have to pay £5 per day for parking.
There was a sewerage issue in a room below ours, causing a bad smell. Saw a plumber come, and the problem was gone.

The modern rooms, the breakfast and the cleanliness.
The shower was difficult to figure out and we had to call the front desk to get heat turned on in the room.
