This wasn't a hotel or an inn. I can't blame the location because I selected it without knowing the city.

They don't allow check in until 3pm which was a bit late as our flight arrived in at 7am
Other than check in I never saw staff . This was a very small house with rooms but I was on a budget and decided on Cambridge. The rooms were clean daily, no problem. What I didn't like was POOR internet and that is something they could fix.
It was a very cold room as heating was spasmodic as to whether it came on or not, some days on other days non at all
