The reception staff were very friendly, and the check-in was quick and smooth.The room was clean, and fresh towels were provided.

Right after check-in, we went to the pool. There were no fresh towels available, so we had to go back to our room to get some.It slightly spoiled the mood.

Location and parking

Aircon noise all night , no gluten free vegetarian meals in restaurant, no clean tables and over a hour back up in kitchen

It was my partners birthday & I paid for extra celebrations balloons. This was reasonably priced and a nice extra. The receptionist had taken particular care to draw out a well designed happy birthday picture onto a card and it was a really lovely touch. Very talented! Reception staff were lovely

Staff were lovely, room was adequate

It didn’t feel like we got value for money. We weren’t closer to the town centre but appeared to pay a premium. The room was adequate but not worth the money paid.

Bacon was overcooked, mushrooms had no taste.The house from the air-conditioning through the night was not good.

Staff. Cold restaurant. Poor facilities in our family room. Only one chair for three of us. Only one tiny table. Lack of sockets. First time we went to the pool, we got in no problem but on the second day we were challenged in public by a rude member of staff who said we did not have free access to the pool. We were told to go round to reception and were charged.

The location and the state of the room

The check-in time. I know it's a global thing, and all the hotels around the world do the same but still, the lack of flexibility represents an inconvenience to us.

average hotel, just basics

very dark an dreary hotel, lighting is awful everywhere, rooms just have basics, the room i got didn't have any cupboards, you get more with travelodge. i was disappointed with the quality but for what i paid i guess it done the job. The rooms didn't haven enough lighting, or wardrobes..
