No front desk, no response to email and very hard to reach them by phones. It is an apartment with self check in and out.

unhealthy indoor environment.

Upon arrival at the property for check-in, I immediately detected a strong, hazardous odor insidethe accommodation. The smell was intense, abnormal, and indicative of an unhealthy indoorenvironment.The odor caused immediate concern for personal health and safety, rendering theaccommodation unfit for habitation.

Reasonable price

Some things in the room were broken or not set up correctly. Shower drain detached/tv not connected to WiFi /pillow didn't seem clean

What breakfast? I didn't even know there was any!

I would have liked it if the shower had more than only hot water. I think the cold was not working. It made showering very difficult. Also, why did the sink only have cold water? It makes me want to get some of my money back as working showers is a basic requirement for a hotel.

It’s a great place to stay with an excellent layout for sharing the space with others. Very walkable and convenient for public transport.

The WiFi was spotty, slow, and/or kept dropping. The bathroom wall and shower curtain have mould and mildew. The water temperature seemed to be stuck on hot. Also, a squeegee might be nice to remove some of the puddles in the bathroom after showering.

The location is excellent, the room was nice. the washroom was excellent, it was easy to get in and out.

There was no heating and I couldn't watch anything on TV because it wouldn't let me.

It would have been better to be able to drop bags early. We paid for bag storage. No reception made it i.possible to communicate that need

Quite. Great WiFi. Great lighting. Comfortable bed. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great value

Did not like it, was uncomfortable

Was much smaller than appeared in photo. Was down in basement so stairs that were not advised. Only one lumpy pillow, did not get email info for room before I arrived.

It was clean and at a good enough location - 20 min walk to downtown.

The WiFi was barely working, very patchy and definitely didn’t work for streaming (TV couldn’t be used). Property management didn’t get back to us about it. Sound insolation was poor - could hear every step from above and bathroom sounds from other rooms. Entry way with several locks felt dingy and design of room felt like we should have paid half the price. I usually like to leave good reviews, but I would only stay there again if everything else was booked.

Very clean, easy instructions for access. Wifi decent, bed comfortable. Netflix on TV

Shared bathroom wasn't great. Made for some awkward encounters with those in the neighboring room. Also it wasn't a problem because the neighbors weren't noisy and went to bed early, but the rooms aren't very sound proof

Lovely room. Ideal location for us - bus ride or walk to city centre. Local street parking using RingGo app. Mostly 4 hour parking but 9 hours on Annandale Rd. Car could be extended for up to 4 hours the following morning.

I liked the decor of the room, it was modern and different

The sauna like temperature in the room.. unbearably hot despite having both windows open, and the tiny fan on full. The bed had separated with a deep ridge running the full length of the mattress, I think it was an issue with the base? but it meant we couldn't sleep as it was so uncomfortable. There were also long hairs in the shower tray

Good value

The radiator was on at top temperature and it would not turn down. It was uncomfortably hot, even though I slept with the window open and it was 0 degrees outside. Other than that it was fine. There are no staff; I could have tried messaging the Whatsapp but it was late and I thought it might be too trivial to text so late about.

Small space but have everything you need in a room. Safety

The digital code system to open the doors. Bit of a challenge as some numbers are not detected even if you press harder it will always says operation failed. There are no lights on the front door (2nd door) as well which quite difficult to see the numbers so I need to use my phone’s torch (Or maybe I just have not seen the switch of the lights)

Location for where we were going was great

Shared bathroom was covered in blood, the heating couldn't be turned down or off no instructions

Room was spacious and clean. There was a TV, a fridge, plenty hanging space and coffee machine too. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. The place itself was very secure and a great location.

The room was very warm and struggled to work the heating but couldn't see a manual. Shower temperature slightly temperamental but overall no real complaints.
