    Pros +

    • Nothing Dump for price
    • Just outside the touristy busy area. Quiet and peaceful. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. I felt safe. This was my first international trip and alone. They made my experience extremely positive. I would choose this hotel again.
    • It was close to the town, friendly staff, and very clean. Great for just getting ready and sleeping in.

    Cons -

    • Hotel couldnt be found. Had to pay parking Very overpriced for small dorm room Not even a cup of coffee in morning
    • The room got very warm. Had issues with the air conditioner. Also, had a cell phone to use during my stay. Reception was poor from my room. Couldn't really make calls.
    • The window in our room (418) was broken so we couldn't close it.

Brilliant value for money with lots of extras included in price - sky, internet, mobile phone. Fluffy towels and bottled water a nice touch. Staff so helpful. Well done.Would definitely recommend.

Great location - near tram and buses to center and airport

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-23-2018

    Good location.

There was very little room to open luggage on the floor. Had to slide sideways between the end of the bed and the television to get from one side of the room to the other.

Great location, good price, pretty clean, safe, all around pretty good. Rooms are tiny though, which they disclose, so can't really fault that. Good bargain in a great neighborhood. We went for Hogmanay and had a blast.

    Room size.

the room and bathroom was clean. the location and view from window were interesting.

    the parking was troublesome.

The hotel was advertised as similar to Holiday Inn, Hyatt, Doubletree etc IT WAS NOT. Rooms inadequate in size had to climb over bed to get to window, not tea/coffee making facilities, no telephone, no chair, no desk etc. Air conditioning ineffective!

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-27-2016

The hotel is very conveniently located for those needing quick access to the train station or a tram (both of which are just across the road). A 24 hour reception where you can buy hot drinks is a help. The rooms are very compact but well designed.

Everything but the room attracts additional costs (towels, shampoo, tv, hairdryer). It is worth getting the comfort package. On arrival, staff were fairly dismissive - friendly service should not cost more.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-28-2016

    Good location, clean rooms

The room didn't have toilet paper stocked when we arrived which was a bit annoying. Also the Windows rattled every time the wind blew which woke us up consistently throughout the night. Good bed otherwise negated by the noises.

The location was perfect, right near haymarket rail station. The staff were curteous and helpful. The room was modern, clean and comfortable.

I loved everything about this hotel! I do wish though that they had better breakfast options.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. The bedroom & bath are a bit small but acceptable and there's a powerful shower. There're fast lifts and modern facilities. The room's air conditioning works correctly.Good for short stay. There's a bar beside for brkfast

There aren't any cupboard, chairs or table in the room, so is quite difficult to store your clothes, nor seat anywhere but the bed.The telly only gives English programs.

    Location to Haymarket Station

They will charge you for any and everything! Early checkin- 5 pounds to 15 pounds. To leave bags a hour after checkoout 10-15 pounds extra. The rooms are tool small even by European standards. I wouldn't stay here again.

    7GlenPosted on: 9-9-2015

    Location was excellent

Ridiculous to be charged to store luggage during the day when we had paid for a room. Price of room was high at £-- for it's very basic facilities and small size

    8MartinPosted on: 8-23-2015

Room size. Will go for a larger one next time. Our window faced HAymarket Station so the morning traffic was at times an issue. Suggest double glazing.

    6NicholasPosted on: 8-9-2015

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Excellent location!

The windowless rooms are extremely small. TV stopped working and maintenance never attended as requested by front staff.

    10SyedPosted on: 7-31-2015

You have the option to buy what you want, not a fixed package. Cleanliness Location

Perhaps the size of the room but you get what you pay for.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-21-2015

Loction was good and staff was very friendly. Price was good. Parking available for free.

This was my first time in a windowless room, which I did book, but I probably wont again. The room was really, really small, but still enough space I suppose. Also, the TV wouldn't work even though we paid for it.
