The helpful staff, the location and the size of the apartment

When in 'self catering' accommodation we like to cook. There was a shortage of pans and larger oven dishes.

The apartment was spacious , clean and comfortable. It also was with good facilities.

They took a big amount of money as deposit which was 150£ and after my stay I asked them about the deposit,they said it will take 10 working days to be refunded to my payment card .

The location ONLY everything else is a disaster!!

Very underrated waste of money unfortunately bathrooms needs maintenance we rented the 3BR apartment, 2 beds had a major hole in the mattress we asked to be replaced they simply said “no one have complained before” as if we’re lying, and they didn’t make any effort in changing anything !If anyone is considering this place please find another place

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, close to key attractions, did not have breakfast at hotel so do not now how that was but the facilities are well maintained and comfortable, making the stay truly enjoyable. Do recommend this hotel.

I did a lot of research to find the best location for sights and this was it! Within walking distance to all the sights. We arrived at 8am and they kindly looked after our luggage until check-in. Off we went for breakfast and to see the sights. After a long day we checked in, no need to run to the shop, there was hot drinks and even milk in the fridge for tea. We had a two bed apartment, spacious, clean and modern. Lovely size bedrooms with TVs. 24/7 reception and staff really helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing. Maybe a couple of cushions on the sofa would be an added benefit, that is the only thing I can think of!

I liked the location and the space, and decoration of the room.

I had a problem with the sofa bed that was part of my reservation because it lacked pillow,blanket, and sheet.I talked to the management of the hotel apartments and they said that I have to pay for that. They refused my rightful request and I had to sleep in the cold because I had no choice.This is obviously not accepted and not fair and I don’t recommend this hotel.

Everything was fabulous starting with welcoming professional staff which were much cooperative. Excellent location which all attracted area just nearby walking. Facility well equipped and clean. Wifi fast.Definitely recommending this place and will stay here next time.

Close to the main station. Lots of restaurants, shops etc nearby. The room was big, and they had rooftop too. They even helped me to send the leftover rings of my wife.

Size was larger than expected..you could walk about anywhere and loved the cemetery nearby we could see from our window! Love Edinburgh!

Elevator was only complaint…only one and super small but everything else was great!!!

Location is within a walking distance from most popular attractions. Equipped with an elevator. 24 hours reception desk. After 9 PM, you need to use your access card, which gives more safety. Daily room service and replacement of towels, detergent, etc.

Toilet sink is very small which makes the toilet very messy as water drops out on the floor.

The location was great, a five min walk from the Royal Mile and 3 min from Calton Hill. Countless options for food within walking distance. The hop-on/off buses start about 20 min from the front entrance. The staff was super lovely. Clean room, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchens.

The only thing we didn’t love is we weren’t sure what to do with our recyclable waste in the room.

Central and well-located place

- The room faced the cemetery, which might not be ideal for everyone and made the stay slightly less comfortable at night. It would have been nice to be informed about this upon arrival!- A €190 deposit was requested, because we pre-booked with booking the room! which was not mentioned in the Booking policy and took us a bit by surprise.- The room was not completely clean.

Great location to trains and buses. Rooms are spacious with full kitchens. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bath.

The WiFi was spotty and stopped before sitting in the living room. The toilets took a while to flush completely. And the washer wasn’t working. So detailed operating instructions would be helpful.

It was clean, confortable and near the train and the bus stations!
