Although the hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable, the thing that stood out the most was the staff. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly, kind and helpful.

The location was conveniently located about a 15-minute walk to the Royal Mile and many other attractions. We also loved the atmosphere of grandeur without an exurbanite price.
