- The staff was FABULOUS! And that word doesn¿t come out of my mouth that often. hotel employee and his fellow staffers were very accommodating in this quaint unique and cozy hotel! I would definitely stay in this hotel again. It had the cutest bar and dining.
- The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful with everything.
- Very good welcome from Munish who carried our suitcases to the top floor. Friendly and helpful
Cons -
- Nope¿ I would go back there in a second.
- We ended up not staying here as the hotel overbooked. They ended up booking us in a different hotel down the street and covering the difference, but the other room was very hot and uncomfortable. Was really disappointing.
- The toilet refilling in the adjoining room was very noisy through the night.

Clean Convenient location
Room was nothing like "deluxe" If you have booked a deluxe double as we had don't accept room 1. Breakfast is not included in the price, we and other visitors at the time were misled by the description on this. Older staff seem flustered.
The room was clean. Some staff were helpful The location is good. The bed is comfortable.
Room no 1 is not the deluxe double we booked and paid for, it is a box room. The bathroom had a horrid drain smell. The toilet and shower have a noisy mechanical extraction. Unstable shower temperature The manager likes to be paid in cash. No return
Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet but highly accessible New Town location. Staff were friendly and helpful (outstanding restaurant recommendations too).
Friendly staff on arrival Clean bathroom
Hairdryer not working Toilet flush poor
Charming with contemporary touches. Very friendly service. Great suggestions for dinner. Quite part of town.
Bathroom in the first room we stayed in was quite small. Not unlike a few other places we stayed, just had never seen such small sinks. Just took some getting use to. Definitely space saving and serviceable.
The warmth and cleanliness was only topped by the helpfulness of the owner and staff
A little fridge in the room would have been a welcome addition
The rm was huge and bright.
Internet not functioning early morning.
The owner was so friendly and the room was beautiful and comfortable in every way! The whole building is stunning inside and so tastefully done. A nice simple breakfast offering and so close to transport even thought we just walked everywhere!! Great!
Friendly staff and clean, efficient room with a comfortable bed. Close to train station with airport shuttle bus.
Hotel Employee were warm, generous & welcoming. They were EXCEPTIONALLY RESPONSIVE to our questions (i.e. places to eat late at night, best places to park, beautiful places to visit-near & far). We also had beautiful views from both rms 7 & 8.
The WiFi signal did not reach rooms 7 & 8. Additionally, the bathroom sinks were only slightly larger than those in an airplane. It was not possible to wash your face or shave without splashing water everywhere. Bathmats were also not furnished.
Helpful staff, good location.
No Wi-Fi signal in room.
Welcoming, nice decor and atmosphere. Was welcomed In a professional, warm and friendly manner by young man at reception. Close proximity to Haymarket Rail station and airport transfer.
Noisy pipes in my bathroom when I showered etc. which made me uncomfortable at disturbing guests in other rooms as an early departure. Television had no signal but discovered too late to bother reporting.
Very friendly staff and room was perfect.
Haymarket is a good location to have a Edinburgh sightseeing weekend
Location
Wish I could have had a microwave and mini fridge.
For a BnB it was quite.
The times the bar was opened seemed very random.
