- Location, breakfast options, good responses by email and help with late checkin.

- The location was excellent and the room was clean, pillows & beds comfortable. Staff very welcoming.
Cons -
- Room was very small Parking was expensive (30 euro's/night, not advertised). No elevator to Bldg B, so I had to carry all our luggage 3 flights up and down. Every day my room code changed, so I had to walk down 3 flights and back to get a new one.

- While the room was exceedingly clean, there was an overwhelming, powerful chemical smell (maybe a cleaning product? Toilet deodorizer?) prevalent that we couldnâ≢t get rid of - we even kept the windows open to air out the room, to no avail.Very unpleasan
