- Very welcoming staff. We dropped our luggage and went to visit the Grand Place. When we came back we found our luggage properly arranged in our room. A special thank you to Eve who was extremely kind and helpful! Will come back again.

- Stairs to go to third floor. And the stairs after first floor are very tight
