- Room service slow and seemed to misunderstand requests Would have appreciated real cups in room - not paper. Also milk for coffee Had to pay for spa however it wasn¿t serviced with new towels and toiletries Better towels in spa
- No clim, just fan and too noisy to open windows! Paint falling off the walls, uncomfortable bed ... it's not a 4 star!!!!!!!!
