It is a little boutique hotel....and the best little place in the theatre district of Paris

Nothing to not like

The hotel is in a perfect location, with everything within easy reach. The window offered a magnificent view of Tour Saint Jacob. The elevator was miniature, but it did the job. The room was cozy. The reception desk was open 24 hours a day, which is an advantage that is becoming increasingly rare. The hotel staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel's location is prime since it's walking distance to the Louvre, etc.

Size of the room is just enough for the bed. Little walking space in the room. Bathroom shower stall is ridiculously small. I'm tiny and had difficulty getting into it, and couldn't even bend if I dropped the soap.

The location was amazing! Walking distance to Notre Dame, Louve, subway and restaurants. Made our vacation all about what we wanted to see, not transportation logistics. merci! :)

Room size, but, well worth it for location

I have stayed here before and have rated it before, so I am obviously satisfied. It is basic and the location is great, in the center of Paris and near transportation, including to the airport. The usual French breakfast of tartine, croissant, jam, coffee and juice was served in a cafe net door.

The location of course, and the staffs. The breakfast was simple yet enough to start the day. The breakfast place is s shop that serves crepes and yogurts. Also a good Supermarket is next door, so you are well equipped.

Maybe the small shower booth if you’re taller or bigger in size. But this I understand, is the Paris rooftop standard. I was happy to have my own shower. It was good enough for me and I don’t have complaints.

I like the location.

The bedsheet beneath another bedsheet was dirty and was not changed. And the room was small.

Very good location for visiting many tourist area

The property was good for what we needed. The rooms are small but it’s met all our needs

Location, location, location. It was great relation price, room and location. Really close to metro station and several buses. Near shopping street and has a convenience store next to the hotel, great plus.

The breakfast was included, but it was just a croissant, a piece of baguette and jam. I think that could be improved.And the room was a little bit small.

Central location very quiet even facing street. Close to metro, restaurants, well situated to tourist attractions. Room was very small but we weren’t there to stay inside. Bed was actually very comfortable. Bathroom is old but does its job- it’s a very old building.Just off rue RivoliSome staff not as attentive as others but no issues. They gladly held our luggage u til our room was ready. Small kettle in room but had to move it to plug in as there weren’t many plugs in the room. Still nice to make a tea.

Not many plugs - kettle cord wouldn’t reach on desk so had to move to floor across room. Small room may bother some.

We loved the location. Walkable to all sights in the city center. Metro 14 Train to and from ORY airport is on opposite corner. Could not have been more convenient. Groceries and provisions for the room can be picked up right next door. Plenty of dining choice within a block walk of the hotel.

Our room was small and a little tired. Bed didn't suit us but wasn't bad. Bathroom tub had a tall step in and out and the shower door was a little strange, but the water was great and plenty hot.

Location was fantastic! I loved having a staff available 24/7, we could come back late and leave early.

I’m used to thicker mattresses and softer pillows and more sound proof walls.

The staff were friendly, location was great and for the cost it’s a good spot. Clean rooms.

Excellent location, great staff. Very small bathroom but I could manage since I am petite. Overall, very good value.

Difficult to find. The address online needs to note 84 as the building number and there should be note theses apartments are on the 6th floor of the building only. The staff didn’t want more than one person to enter the room

Don't be deceived.this is not a place to go

The room was nothing like advertised! The room was moldy, dusty, and the bed was probably there since the place opened. We had to leave early I have contacted booking for a refund as we could not stay due to medical reasons. I am severely asthmatic and the mold and dust put me in a severe state. There was mild on the ceiling, the bathroom had tiles off, the carpet was dusty, the electrical was not existent. We had to run a power cord to run medical equipment.

Great location and friendly staff. An older hotel with small rooms. A nice breakfast at the shop next door came with the stay.
