The only good thing about this hotel is the location

Everything. The shower head was broken and leaking everywhere. Bed bugs in the bed. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. We didn't even stay the whole duration of our stay. We cheked into another hotel.

The ease with checking in/out and the location.

Filthy carpets, moldy bathroom, broken window shades and extremely thin walls/doors. I didn't sleep well due to constant loud door slamming and neighbor noises.

Very good location , 5 minutes walk to the closest metro station , also shops and restaurants within a walking distance Staff was friendly and helpful , hats off to them !

It did not bother me very much but the shower curtain was worn out and needed replacement , same as 2 or 3 ceiling tiles which were loose (room no.3 bathroom)

The hotel is nice , close to the Tour Eiffel, also to the metro station. The room was quite small, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull. We also enjoyed a good breakfast.

There was a problem with the sink , but it got fixed very fast.

It was clean, warm and the location was good for my stay. Bus stops and metro stops within 5-10 mins

It was a bit loud the last night, so it doesn’t have sound proofing

Unfortunately, the accommodation was not worth the money. The cleaning service was very poor, there was only one towel per person. Most of the time the drain in the bathroom smelled strongly. You also need to pay a deposit in advance, which is not mentioned anywhere and is automatically deducted from your bank account (in my case they did it twice by mistake).

The hotel is well situated, not far from Montparnasse train station and the dynamic streets. The staff is the best that you could find in any hotels. There is also a small fridge, which is a big plus.

I liked almost everything. The only thing that I might suggest is to also put instant coffee, not only tea bags in the room. But of course, this is a small detail compared to the advantages that this property has.

The hotel is in a pretty good location for the arrondissement and for getting around.

Elevator missing. Not ideal when you have lot of luggage.

All was clean, the staff was kind. We liked everything very much.

Only the kettle in the room didn’t work, but that’s all.

The staff at the reception were very friendly, and unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this hotel.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was no elevator or lift. I wouldn’t have minded using the stairs, but they were dusty, dirty, and spiral-shaped—making it even more unpleasant. There was no luggage or suitcase storage rack in the room, no soap tray in the bathroom, and no tissue holder either. These are basic amenities you would expect from any hotel, so their absence made the stay very inconvenient.On my first morning, the fire alarm went off across the entire building, waking everyone up and causing panic. We all rushed to the reception, only to be told by the staff to return to our rooms with no explanation. It was bizarre and unprofessional.To make matters worse, the hotel is far from Paris landmarks, attractions, and even the airport. Given the price, I regret staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon arriving, the receptionist was very accommodating and helped us out quite a lot. The location is quite ideal with a close proximity to the subway and decent surrounding area. The washroom was clearly upgraded with a modern look.

When we got to the room, I was a little disappointed to see crumbs on the chair and dust/hair on the floor... Considering this is not a budget hotel, it was a little odd that they only provided one towel per person and there was no toilet paper holder. When they cleaned the room on the last day, they filled the shower gel with water instead of providing a new bottle.
