Pros +
- The beds were very comfortable and the hotel looks cozy and romantic. The staff was very nice and helpful.
- Location. Staff were friendly
- The staff was nice but no one was at the desk at night when I wanted to leave- my room had been serviced but when I pulled back the covers, the sheets were gross and had clearly been slept in. The room was in bad shape (toilet was dislodged from wall, bathroom floor was sunken in, wall paneling was old and moldy).
Cons -
- The location is not ideal and the hotel says they do a tour on the Seine but they only do that Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Exactly the days we were not there so keep that in mind. Also if you want a jaccuzi/hottub you need to book a special room.
- Water was low pressure. Showroom a little tired.
- We booked rooms here because the VIP Yacht hotel does nightly cruises on the river. We did not find out until after check in that they were not cruising the night we were there, though the rooms were still very expensive. The location is not very safe for walking at night (it is by a homeless encampment). The staff would not allow entry for our car to the area so we had to carry our bags a long distance. It was very unclean and grimy, the rooms were small and old.

Unique. The restaurant area was beautiful. the upper deck was lovely. The sauna in our room was a great touch.
No iron. I wouldn't expect one in every room but to have none at all to use communal was disappointing. We had to find an electrical store to buy one which we did and it was only 16 euros. When you're paying 917 euros for 2 nights an iron is a basic facility . Even if there was just a couple they lent out and you had to return after an hour that would be useful.
Staff on arrival was helpful but things soon changed by the evening.
Staff were bullies. We had a verbal confrontation with the young guy on reception only to return and was locked out of the entire hotel. There was no one on reception (1am at night) I had to ring the police then wait for guest who was returning to gain entrance. Only to find my room wide open with all my belongs exposed and left vulnerable. My room door would not close all night so impossible to lock. Reception was not managed overnight so I had to use my luggage’s and a chair to secure the room door. I slept half awake all night. Disappointed is an understatement.
Location was in a poor area with homeless people under a bridge. One had stolen a ladies purse and had tipped it out and was counting what was in it.
Very cold room, had to sleep in my coat and kettle didn't work. Overpriced for what and where it is.
We had a view onto the Seine close to the Gare de Lyon
It’s run down. I was looking forward to a romantic dinner onboard, only to find out that they do not depart Monday-Wednesday. The staff was ok, but not overly friendly and it was difficult getting the luggage in board

The only thing we liked was the hot tub but after the room got hot and oh so much more. Not happy
Where do I begin!!!! Okay well check in didn’t speak English at all. No showing us how to work our hot tub or anything for that matter! My reservation said I would have water bottles included there was nothing in the fridge empty a sign n the bathroom stating not to drink there water. We checked in at 8:30 go out at 9pm to get some dinner and drinks and forgot my phone turned around no one is n reception! We were locked out banging on the door it wasn’t even 9pm I called and called no answer my husband walked to other side no cars both just dark finally 15 minutes later a guy that worked there we never saw in our whole 40min after arrival! The internet never worked WiFi was in and out the TV NEVER worked at all wouldn’t connect to internet and front desk was NO help!!!!! The bed had a mattress topper on top and it dipped completely in the middle! We saw no one else on board our two day stay! Not one other person! But constant bangs in the night with again no WiFi no tv no help! I asked for water bottles the next day then after checkout today I saw I was actually charged for them! I paid $700.00 for 2 nights and it was the worst! Go anywhere else! Don’t waste your money it’s NOT worth it! None of it! I will never stay here again I have videos pictures and all and I’m goingTo make sure to repeat my review on every platform! To say highly disappointed is an understatement!!! This was just plain crappy robbery and unprofessional all the way around!!!!!

This property has excellent food and provides a fantastic river tour of Paris.
The rooms are quite cramped and the boat does not sail every night.
Would recommend any hotel in...
We paid on arrival and then informed that we could not use the restaurant, bat or sit out on the top deck during the cruise. We were expected to sit in our room the whole night and view the cruise through a small window. We asked for a refund to go some were else and the onboard manager refused. After consider any request they agreed to refund the money and we left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I liked the different type of hotel, the great staff service, the clean, confortable room and the breakfast. I only wish I was able to take the cruise but my timing did not allow for it. I did not take the box in the room as I wasn't told by the staff if I could. Was it mine to take?

Front desk is kind for explaining where my colleague I to find the place. The singer’s voice so good and taste of the music is on point!
The location showing on google map is inaccurate, a few mins walk needed from what it said. However, they serve the wrong portion of breakfast the next morning and hate to waste the food.
The helpful staff , especially davine, sorry if spelt wrong , they went out of their way to help a hot , sweaty kiwi find her way , and help practise my french , merci!
Booked a last minute trip and it was nice to try a different stay. Sleeping on a boat was different.
The location of the boat moved on me before I arrived, so I thought I had a short walk from one train station, but turned into a much longer cab ride. Be prepared to hear the mechanics of the boat in progress during the night. Otherwise, the room was adequate.

Temporary location just 2 min from Eiffel Tower was amazing. Room was Clean and reception staff were very friendly allowing us to leave bags early and collect them late.
Access to the boat was a bit strange due to its temporary re- location. Over the phone the staff were not friendly and could not predict if the relocation address would change. It was pretty disconcerting. Room was very small but functional. Some creaking during the night.
Location
The location was better than the one indicated in the original reservation, since the new port was located right next to the Eiffel Tower. BUT the address was not indicated accurately and we had to look for the location for an extra 20 minutes. We were worried that we might be late because of this for the boat trip, which was planned from 20:00. The booking description indicated that a boat trip was “available from Wednesday to Sunday from 8:00pm to 10:30pm. Guests wishing to participate in excursions are requested to board the boat before 7:30pm. (From 11st July, boat excursion are available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm“ .But this is a LIE! We arrived at the boat at about 7 o’clock and when asked about boat trip for today, the receptionist answered, “It won’t be. Yes, it might be that the booking has such information, but this is not true. And boat trip is definitely impossible.” We were shocked. Because, to be honest, that was the only reason we chose to live on this ship. We arrived in Paris for several days and specially moved from another hotel to this one , and specially on the last day, since we wanted to end the trip with such a romantic walk along the Seine. And as a result, we ended up in a bad mood and ended the trip in complete disappointment! The only thing the administrator offered as an apology was an upgrade to the better room. But that didn't help the situation at all.
