The staff were great. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were super clean!

The room is small - expected in Paris. There is very little space to put any clothes - just a small shelf and bar hanging in the room. There is ZERO counter space or shelf in the shower or bathroom. Makes things a little tricky.

Excellent location, near metro, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

There was an intermittent smell coming from the bathroom sink, otherwise a very nice and clean room

Very quiet room despite being on the rez-de-chaussée. Comfortable bed, great shower and bath. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Superb petit-déjeuner.

Big, clean, and comfortable rooms -- especially for Paris! The air conditioning works GREAT for those who want or need it. The rooms were dark and quiet for getting sleep at night; ours opened into the serene courtyard.The breakfast is pretty good and offers a decent variety of options. Overall, the staff is excellent -- always available and helpful. They made the stay extra nice.Location is really nice! You're within a 5-10-minute walk to multiple metro lines to get around the city. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and even a pharmacy and express grocery story 1-2 blocks away.

My family and I loved the aesthetic of the hotel, it was very clean, with lovely amenities and the design of the room was well thought out. The hotel was quiet but still located near many businesses and subway lines. The hotel staff were superb, always friendly and helpful. (Thank you to Annas, Mario and the whole staff.) They even helped us celebrate our son's 8th birthday will lovely decorations and balloons in our room. So special! We will certainly be back.

The AC malfunctioned during the heatwave and staff was slow/unresponsive to fixing the issue.

Stylish and exceptionally well run hotel in the 11th within easy walking distance to a variety of great shops, bars and restaurants. Staff friendly and attentive at all times. Generally great vibes. Highly recommended.

It was marred by an incident following checkout. I paid with cash which I counted out in front of the receptionist and she recounted in front of me. Then left my bags there for the day. When I collected them 6 hours later I was informed that their petty cash was €50 short and I was the only guest who had paid cash, the implication being the at I had underpaid. This was done in front of other guests and was uncomfortable and embarrassing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. The location was great and the room was very clean.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked.

The team onsite are lovely; the hotel is modern; very well maintained and clean; the rooms are a generous size for Paris; the breakfast was just right; it’s very close to a metro station that takes you right in the centre Paris (to Opera, etc).

There was a mix up with our room on the first night, the team offered to rectify it the next day & they did exactly that which we very much appreciated.

The room was comfortable and complimentary coffee and water was appreciated. The hotel is in a relativey quiet location although not too far from the centre of Paris and good local restaurants.

The bar has a limited selection of unconvincing and overpriced wines, but otherwise little not to like.

I really liked the hotel. Quiet, comfortable. We had a great rest, had a good night's sleep, and had a delicious breakfast. We'll be happy to come back again.

The hotel and room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was probably one of the comfiest hotel-beds we've experienced. Whilst the location of the hotel is a bit out from the centre, we actually quite liked that as it meant it was nice and quiet, there's a good variety of nearby shops for any necessities you may need and it's situated in-between the Parmentier, Oberkampf and Republique metro stations so you have easy access to the centre from metro lines 3,5 or 11. Another thing to note was that we really enjoyed the breakfast - plenty of choice and very good quality.

The floor of the room was quite hard, it's strange as it has a 'soft' appearance like thin carpet tiles however it's pretty much rock-solid, this probably helps from a hygiene perspective but if you're walking around Paris all day you can easily clock-up 15K+ steps so it'd be nice to have a soft floor to come back to after a long day of being a tourist - it's a small thing though, you could just pop on the supplied hotel-slippers.I couldn't figure out how to warm the room, it had reversible air-con however no matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to work. We stayed during a cold spell (0-5 degrees) and so the room did get a bit chilly in the mornings.

It was my second time here. I like the size of the room and the location

Everything was good but the shower could be better. The shower system is really uncomfortable. There is no overhead shower and hand shower is really small.

Well connected to transport links. it’s clean with great staff. I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Paris.
