Reasonably well appointed

The parking was closed when we got there and as a disabled person that was disappointing and difficult for us to find safe parking. It should be clearly indicated that they have parking, but it shuts down at a certain time.

The facilities were clean an the room furmiture very nice

The location is a little bit sketchy. They have closed the Ice Bar in the property

The Breakfast was great, the room was cleaned daily and the staff were so kind and helpful and welcoming.

The carpet in our room was very worn, That's all.

The staff were excellent. The place was clean. It was close to the metro and bus stop. Breakfast was good.

The entrance from the street was not welcoming. The front gate was broken and askew. There was some garbage strewn in front and there was nothing green. The neighbourhood did not feel totally safe.

Good location near Marx Dormoy line 12 metro, Good restaurant nearby le Brasserie La Chappelle, Quiet environment at night for sleep

The only thing is some of the queen beds are two single mattress put together which can be a little uncomfortable

The neighbourhood feels bit shabby and remote from the center, though metro nearby., and Sacre Coeur at walking distance. Beds are little short.

Room was very clean and quiet.

Hotel is about a 40-50 minute transportion from Eiffel Tower.

Sketchy neighborhood, but does have late night shops serving food (grilled chicken, pizza, pasta) till 12-1 AM and close to subway stop Marx Dormoy

Close to where my cousin lives. My room was very quiet, amazing for Paris. 24 hour reception. Close to some excellent patisseries, easy public transport. Rooms cleaned daily. Perfect for one person travelling.

The hotel was fine. Decor masculine. Not my idea of a place for romance. Otherwise, very practical.

Basic continental breakfast. To high in price. Not worth the value. Not recommended.

Hotel write up and photos in website are deceiving and misleading. The actual room is not what is in the photos. There is no refrigerator in the room. The airconditioner did not function properly. You are not paying for what is advertised. Hotel is located in the bad and dangerous area of Paris. Highly recommend staying some where else. Even the taxi driver did not recommend the hotel or this area of Paris.

The surrounding area was a bit shady and very dirty

The location is near the metro,some shops and mini grocery store, friendly staff in the reception especially Ms.Krisline ( I'm not sure bout her name actually was just told by the other guy colleague of her ) anyway yes she was very accommodating and friendly she gave us directions where to go around in the city and in Disneyland.

Quite loud outside in front of the hotel and you can hear it til late at night. Could have been more nicer if the room is more bigger.

Satisfied overall. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

There was no furniture (table , chairs, ) on the terrace. The bed was lumpy.

Location was fun, but the entrance to the hotel is rather run down, but once inside this is a great hotel

A free taxi to the airport, we had a free taxi from the CDG to hotel free. It was great

The staff did their very best to accomodate for me and my partner who is a wheelchair user. Very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Simon Boutique Hotel with my family! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfect for families. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, it was the perfect getaway! We can’t wait to return!Highly recommend!
