Pros +
- We loved the chic and modern decor although the sink design in the bathroom must be a nightmare for housekeeping. The location is great, especially for shopping and using the Roissey bus to/from CDG.
- The staff members at the front desk.
- This was a great hotel with a great location. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing.
Cons -
- The elevator did not work during the 48 hours we were there. We had a second floor room, which even the deluxeÃÂ rooms are super tiny even for Paris. The steps are irregular in shape and treacherous for seniors. No compensation was offered,
- Opposite karaoke bar was loud during the night, couldn’t get a second blanket although we asked housekeeping.

Super friendly staff, very lovely design, very clean, central

The bathroom
Room and furniture old
Very well placed for all the tourist areas. The room did feel a touch small but factor in the location age of the building and it’s doing more than most particularly as the bathrooms are all very well equipped and decorated. All the staff were helpful whether asked a question or could simply see someone struggling to work the coffee machine.
There wasn’t anything about the hotel I didnt like. I could have a grumble about outside noise but that’s not under the control of the hotel and can really be expected at locations such as this. And in fairness there are two sets of windows fitted.
I come to Paris 3 times a year. Good stay for solo traveler in Paris cosy ,safe , warm chocolate , friendly and helpful reception, clean room and very good location.
Great location Room spacious , spotless & quiet. Lovely helpful staff.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
A cosy modern comfortable hotel in a perfect location. Very clean and staff were very professional and helpful. Loved the free coffee machine at the reception area, it served yummy hot chocolate!
Nothing that I could think of, it had all what I needed. Perhaps rooms were a bit tiny.
Great location, near busy shops and restaurants but down a very quiet side street. We have stayed here before and loved it both times. Staff were excellent - all of them were so helpful but a particular thank you to Alex who was extremely helpful in both reserving a room for us for an extra night if the Eurostar continued to cause issues getting home, and in looking for a restaurant for new Year's Eve when the one we had booked let us down.
Nothing. It is an excellent boutique hotel. Nice touches too like free tea and coffee and water.
Staff is amazing, the hotel is chic and very clean. The location is great as well, close to most landmarks and every type of transportation.
Room is not large, I joked that the height of the ceilings is larger than the length/width of the room. But it's comfortable enough for non-demanding couple.
The location was advantageous, with easy walking access to many key points. The reception staff were highly professional, attentive, and courteous.
The room was extremely dirty, and the so-called cleaning service was limited to making the bed only. I stayed for three nights, yet my coffee cup from the first day remained in the room half full throughout my stay. The floors were dirty and had clearly not been vacuumed or mopped; even leftover nuts on the floor remained there for approximately three days. Additionally, my shopping bags stayed in the room untouched for nearly two days. When I informed the hotel reception, the receptionist appeared embarrassed and immediately offered to come and remove them herself. While her attitude was polite and well-intentioned, the overall level of cleanliness was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was a very poor hotel experience
The location and the staff are wonderful.
The price for day is very high. Also, the size of of room is too small.
Guys on the reception were extremely helpful and polite, especially Mohammad and Laridana
Location and quiet
Everything was truly great. Not a big room, but good anyway. The free coffee and pastries 24/7 is a really nice perk!
There was nothing to dislike!!!
Excellent LocationVery professional staff
The view from my room, offices and airconditioning units

The location is in the middle of the opera and everything close to you
The room is too small , the toilet smells bad and there are no AC in the room
Great Location for shopping, very helpful and kind staff, powerful shower and comfy bed.
In my room, there is a noise from underground or some sort.
Great looking placeGreat room facilities and layoutGreat lounge
