Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Paris Montmartre

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and spacious and offered great views of the city. We came during a heat wave and they had top tier air conditioning.

Excellent value for the money. I loved how quiet the rooms were, how modern the facility was, and how good the breakfast was.

There was a coffee machine in the breakfast area, which looked to be complementary, but in the afternoon I was scolded for making a cup of coffee that was not free. It seems like a coffee should be free anytime of the day. Very minor complaint though!

Clean, spacious rooms, with a calm vibe.

The hot tub and sauna smelled a bit mouldy and the sauna was not functioning at the time it was booked for.

Staff were exceedingly helpful and pleasant at all times, despite our speaking only English. Hotel is atop the hill, a very short walk from Sacre Couer...and a lot of coffee & crepes (and trinket shopping).

The staff was polite and truly went above and beyond for our visit. The location was beautiful. Stunning views of the city and the basilica nearby. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. 10/10.

The bed was not comfortable and I wish there was some shampoo in the rooms at least a large shampoo stuck to the wall shampoo dispensers they save money and it upgrades the room even better

Great view from Monmartre over the city, quite location minutes walk from the cafes and restaurants. Nice staff, clean, cozy.

The room had a specific smell, which we did not like. Good to know: if you want the room to be cleaned or towels changed, you need to specifically ask.

The location was amazing! The hotel is right behind the Sacre-Coeur in Montmarte, the highest point of Paris. This meant we had the most amazing view of Paris from our room, however also meant a lot of stairs coming and going each day so not a good location if you're not up for this. We did use the Funicular close by to reduce the number of stairs - this was pretty cheap and convenient. Montmartre was touristy but beautiful to stay at - we loved it. Cooking facilities are small but enough to make a pasta dish or something simple. Relatively quiet, except it's right next to a school so you hear the kids playing in the morning each day from around 8am. We didn't mind as we were up anyways but if you're looking for a sleep-in would not recommend. Staff were lovely and helpful and spoke English. Washing machine facilities were easy to use at a reasonable extra charge (unfortunately with the exchange rates this was about $8 AUD to wash and $6 AUD to dry.... which added up with two people and a fair bit of washing to do!). We stayed for 5 days and the room was big enough to be comfortable for two people. We were able to store our bags on our last day in a secure locked room. Overall great stay and would recommend. Would stay again.

More hangers in the closet please! and a small note - the shower wall bracket was broken. Still fine to use but needs to be replaced/repaired.

Heating towel rack did not work, some lights in room did not work….paid for use of hot tub but most jets did not work!

Clean, comfortable, good amount of space for family of 4, location behind Sacre Coeur (so pretty) proximity to metro, restaurants in rue cailaincourt! Had some amazing Falafel at local restaurant called Nemesis. And great tea at Imagine (vegan) where the kids enjoyed playing Uno. Front desk staff were delightful and available 24 hours. AC was great! Laundry takes credit card and was easy to use. Hot tub was great. We stayed 7 nights! Wonderful family vacation. We happen to love Montmartre, so Odalys is the perfect place for us. Lots of stairs! And we love it!

We love Montmartre. Its hilly, beautiful, bohemian, and filled with cobble stones and stairs. If you love Montmartre, the Odalys is a gem.

The location is IDEAL - right next to Sacre Coeur and in an incredible area of Montmartre!! We only stayed here 1 night, but wish we had had more time to really enjoy the area. A very nice hotel with very engaging and friendly staff!

Reception was helpful.

There was no welcome pack in the room. The A/C was difficult to adjust. There were not summer covers for the beds, only winter duvets. It was very cold over night.

Quiet location. Very good to sleep with an open window. Friendly staff.

No changing of towels, no room service. Threatening charges if one doesn't do the dishes.

The apart-hotel was in an excellent location especially if you want to visit Sacre Coeur which is just around the corner. A few minutes walk away is Place du Tertre with a lively atmosphere where you will find cafés, bistros, restaurants and artists doing portraits and landscapes. A few minutes down the road, take the steps down(about 125 steps) and you will find more restaurants to eat and shop. The one bedroom unit we stayed in was clean with comfortable beds and good quality linen. Unit had air conditioning. There's a small kitchen with complete utensils, kitchenware,and a dish washer. ( you have to clean up and wash dishes, otherwise you will be charged) I suggest housekeeping should do the cleaning up since we can't guarantee that guests will do a good job washing for the next guests. The toilet is separate from the shower which is convenient. There's a 24 hour Reception and luggage storage in case you have a late flight or come in early. Check out is at 12 noon. Request for higher floors for better views. You will not regret booking at Odalys for a comfortable stay. Thanks to Laurent at the reception for a pleasant stay.

Housekeeping should be in charge of cleaning and washing dishes with no extra charges to guarantee cleanliness of kitchenware for next guests.

The location was great if you plan to stay uphill most of the time. We have a kitchen and a dish washer to use.

If you want to go to city center everyday in Paris, this might not be the best location, because you have to climb a lot of stairs. Many streets are not allowed with cars or busses so you still have to walk somewhere to be picked up. Or the route is not straightfoward.There is dish washing liquid but there is no sponge to use. You must clean all the used dishes before leaving otherwise additional cost will be charged.

Great location near Sacre Couer but very quiet and private. Very good access to restaurants and subway. Kitchenette was very useful for eating in. An excellent option for a longer stay.

Limited room servicing but adequate.
