Appart'hôtel East Paris Suite

The apartment was exactly as described. Area was safe and quiet.

Zero communication with staff, even we sent multiple emails. Toiletries were not restocked, We chose this place at a higher cost than others, as AC included- it did not work. We requested a fee refund for not having this amenity - not a single reply.

Pretty tight for 6 people but we made it work. I liked the laundry machine and they had a towel heater which also helped dry clothes since there isn't a dryer.

The location was a family friendly neighbor that we enjoyed every much, it was also centrally located to the metro.

I have pics of the condition of the property which were very very different than the pics actually listed on your website. I would like to discuss a refund for the stay, once you see the pics.

The property was clean except for a strange smell in the bathroom

They gave us an apartment with a broken sofa bed. When we reported this to the reception, the receptionist was very apologetic and nice but couldn’t fix it that night. Instead, he promised he would contact the administration to get it fixed the next day. The next day, the property contacted me in the afternoon letting me know that I’m not opening the door for the repair personnel. As one can imagine, we were out in the middle of the day seeing the sights of Paris. Nevertheless, I let them know that they are free to enter the apartment to fix the bed, to which I got no reply. When we got back, it wasn’t fixed, but clearly someone had been inside to check it. We were a group of 4 so 2 of us were forced to sleep on the broken sofa bed for 2 nights. When you book a place to stay, the most basic amenity is a place to sleep. This was truly an unfortunate and frustrating experience. The administration staff are completely unresponsive and there is no one usually at the reception in the mornings. Book at your own risk.

This place stunk and was so bad that I didn't even stay here and now I'm fighting to get my money back. They even took a security deposit when I didn't even stay there!

I liked nothing, horrible experience with the crappy hotel and with booking.com

The location was close to the Metro, and if you like Asian food this is the area you would like to be in. It was a quiet area. There is a large farmers market along the streets on the weekend.

Very hard to see at night when putting in code for door to inter building. The dishes were not clean. The sheets on the sofa bed had hair on them, but we were supplied with fresh ones. worker was nice

The unhelpful non-existent staff are easily outweighed by the negatives

I tried to contact them about storing a bag for an hour or two as my flight came in earlier, never got one single response with multiple messages. I booked a two room suite with a balcony and got a one-bedroom with a "balcony" that was literally one square foot, a complete fraud as it was not usable. I paid extra for that and ac which of course was not working. they use a QR code on your phone there is no key and the code often didn't work making every entry into the building a stressful situation. there's lots of places in Paris you are better off staying somewhere else

Location, room was spacious.

AC wasn’t working.

1.The price is not too expensive.2.It close to everywhere we want to do and to go such as a Metro,restaurants,parking lot.3.the staffs are very nice and helpful.4.the styles of the room looks stylish and clean . 5.there are a kitchen,a washing machine and i love it!!!^^

Super clean, wonderful apartment overall, loved having more space than in central Paris. Great to have a washer to clean clothes which dried quickly given the AC in unit. Loved proximity to awesome Asian eats. Quiet and so comfortable.

Takes a few tries to get used to to QR code key access.

So clean, nicely designed and well appointed. The staff was very helpful when we were having trouble with the entry QR codes.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable, kind of noisy. We were informed the day before that the AC wasn't working well but nothing we could do about that.

Rooms were nice.

Air conditioner was not working. Hotel provided fans, but rioms were still warm and uncomfortable.

Ignorance from both booking.com and the hotel appartment customer service to resolve my issue.

The location worked well for us. The flat was very clean and cozy.

The ACs were broken, it was boiling outside. Nobody told us in advance about that. Nothing was fixed. The temperatures inside were unbearable. I called the reception, however, they didn’t apologize at all and said to me to contact booking. We have paid €800 for two nights and I’d expect partial refund at least

The apartment was comfortable and the location wasn't terrible. Each time I asked a question via email, it was quickly addressed.

The kitchen area is too small and instructions should be placed somewhere in the kitchen on how to use it.

Great location a ton of boulangeries and restaurants in the area. It is 6 minute walk to the Madison Blanche train station and away from tourist attractions.

No dryer but may be a European thing had to dry clothes on a drying rack

Spacious rooms. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, good for 6 people. Each room has a TV and air conditioner. Location is very good if you like Chinese food, very convenient. Service is also good. We arrived in the morning and someone came to help us store our luggages.

it was good location, spacious, and comfortable. The night shift guy was really kind and accommodating.

the lady working downstairs at the reception was extremely rude and ignored us when we requested a new blanket. we wanted a new one because the old blanket was dirty with a booger on it. but the lady yelled at us angrily saying it is no big deal. we were honestly astonished and scared by her

The apartment was nice. It had plenty of amenities and a great location in Chinatown. Furtiture/decor waa cute. Terrace was amazing. There are several great restaurants within walking distance.

Shower pressure was non-existent. Luckily, the hand sprayers worked. No wash cloths. Would have been nice to log into apps on TVs for non-French guest. Sewage smell from drains were annoying.
