The view from the balcony was spectacular.

Location was excellent you are able to walk to quite a few attractions

The fact that the toilet and shower were in separate ensuite rooms with the wash basin with the shower not the toilet in opposite sides of the room

The hotel has a smart entrance and looks very classy the furnishings are excellent condition no signs of wear. The rooms are beautifully kept and have an appearance of luxury and all is well planned out. The staff are very welcoming and polite and we were given restaurant recommendations - one being Bouillion French food which was delicious.

We received a room with a very string smell of smoke… almost we couldn’t breathe or sleep

Amazing hotel! Very clean, delicious breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. Great location within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. We had a wonderful stay!

I wanted an Eiffel Tower view but my room faced buildings.

Disappointing

The hotel room for 2 adults and 2 children was so small that you could only open 1 suitcase.The breakfast was disappointing, it was a la carte for eggs and bread and croissants were stale from the previous day,what ever was left over.The hotel personnel at reception was unfriendly and at breakfast ironic.

It was in a great location, fabulous views of the Eiffel Tower! The comfiest bed I've slept in. The sofa bed was equally as comfortable. The staff were extremely nice.

If I had to pick kne fault ans fault is a stretch, there could some extra options for breakfast. But that is literally the only thing I could mildly give out about

Everything was superb, from the very helpful staff, amazing breakfast, wonderful location, to the fact that I slept in a most comfortable bed in the world! I would also strongly suggest to everyone to book the room with the balcony overlooking the Eiffel tower. With the lights on, it's truly a memorable experience.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our every request. The rooms were very clean. The temperature control worked better than most hotels. The staff at breakfast accommodated our special requests from the kitchen.

The gym was basic. Very basic. Just a treadmill and a bicycle. The treadmill was a technogym which is perfect but was not connected to the Internet. So I couldnt login. There wasn't any weights to work with. Just 2 Kg dumbbells and a few kettlebells

Excellent location, close to the Trocadero (best view of the Eifel Tower), the Arc du Triomphe, and the Champs Elisees. Very comfortable rooms with an upscale feeling

The property was clean and nicely decorated. It was in a good location.

Some of the staff did not come across as very friendly and the day we left one member was rude to my husband when he asked if our airport taxi had arrived, implying we had kept the driver waiting for 30 mins even though no one told us the taxi arrived and he asked reception before our scheduled pick up time. We also had said in advance of arriving that it was our honeymoon and paid extra for a suite for the occasion. Not that I expected anything extra special but an acknowledgment of some sort to it being our honeymoon would have just been a nice touch.
