Everything, our room got upgraded to a suite and hence we got a very nice view of the city and obstruction-free sight of the Eiffel Tower! MERCI BEAUCOUP to all staff of Hotel Bridget

The tv didnt work and the electric sockets are a bit hard to use as we need to push them through so just rely on one that already been set.

Comfortable bed, clean room and helpful staff. Overall, a good experience..

Not convinced of its value for money; tiny issues such as shower not working well, soap not refilled, etc.

Friendly staff that helped with luggage. The room was also very clean

Very small room, were tough to move around with 2 people sometimes. Also were quite noise and very hot

Hotel Bridget has a great location — it’s close to public transport and situated in a lively neighbourhood that gives you the feeling of staying like a local. That part of the experience was genuinely enjoyable.

However, several issues made the stay uncomfortable:The rooms are not soundproof, so I could hear everything from the neighbouring room, including coughing during the night, people walking in the hallway early in the morning, and street noise. The heating system cannot be individually controlled. Our room was far too warm, and we had to keep both windows open to cool down, which only increased the noise. The mini bar didn’t work, and there was no plug to turn it on. Although we didn’t consume anything, the hotel reserves €90 on your card for the minibar products, which are left warm and unusable. There is only one lift, and it was broken on our last day. Thankfully, we only had to go down, but being almost 8 months pregnant and staying on the 4th floor, this could have been a serious issue.Although the hotel offers to store luggage before check-in, there are no lockers or secure storage. Bags are left unattended in the entry area, and during our stay, we often saw the reception desk unattended with lots of luggage left out in the open.Overall, while the location is a highlight, the lack of comfort, poor sound insulation, and basic service issues made the stay disappointing.

Cute hotel, lovely staff and comfortable room

    Everything was good

The location and the cleanliness was perfect for me. The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The heated bathroom floor was a bonus.

The AC controls did not work in my room. The control was locked by an administrator so I could not make any changes to the temperature or turn on the heating, etc. The elevator can only fit one person at a time. Minibar fridge was switched off so nothing inside it was cold.

Room was spacious for Paris. Having a separate bathroom and toilet was nice. Just enough room for an open suitcase - would be tight with two people in the room. Bathroom was spacious and had plenty of hooks and plugs. Area felt nice and local… metro stop was a five minute walk away. Plenty of boulangeries and patisseries nearby. There’s a lift!

Location , cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. Staff really helpful

Room quite small but not too much of a problem. Places to store clothing to sit etc limited a bit

Huge, balcony, clean, bathroom beautiful and large..the beautiful mural on the wall , the view, the elevator and stairs all beautiful treats in the lobby

Shower floor slippery, towels smelled like cigarette smoke, full bed was really two twins which is fine but they kept moving apart so maybe clamp them together

The manager Michael and Antoine the receptionist are the only ones that communicate in English and actually they are really kind and professional.

    1. The building in general is too noisy and the rooms doors as the elevator are so loud that you wake up every time someone is leaving his room or used the elevator.2. The elevators capacity is only for one person so if you stay to 5th or 6th floor as we did it’s a big problem since the elevator was broken 3 times while we was there.3. The fridge was not working properly and we realised it after we bought almost 100€ groceries and we had to throw them away cause the fridge was not working.4. The people cleaning the room are really sweet and kind but they are too loud while cleaning a room even to another floor you can hear em and you will wake up like 8:00 am every single day as we did due to soo much noises.5. The receptionists beside me. Antonine and the manager Mr. Michael they don’t respond never the phone we tried multiple times to call the reception to ask for something they never respond.6. The room is full of dust maybe due the hotel location but we was shocked to realise the dust below the beds and if you are allergic to dust

It was clean and cozy rooms, friendly environment

They charged us an extra deposit (90€) for 2 rooms for insurance, but a month had passed and we didn't get the money back...it's crazy to charge 45€ per room for insurance for the mini bar that no one uses ...I don't recommend their services

    Great location

Small rooms, towel and linen could do with updating

    Very clean and has everything

Very small beds, but that’s the Europe standard

Comfortable room, albeit a little small!

Lift did not work for most of our stay, and we were on the 5th floor...

An interesting and modernly designed hotel with beautiful lobby areas and cleverly arranged rooms in what appears to be a historic building. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was well equipped, with enough storage for short stays. Just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, surrounded by charming cafés, a self-service laundromat, and plenty of small food shops. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and pleasant.

For longer stays, more storage space would be useful. Humidity seemed a bit high – wet clothes and towels took a long time to dry. There was no typical radiator for quick drying, and it took us two days to realize that the underfloor heating in the bathroom could be switched on. That said, there were no visible signs of dampness – just slow drying. The air quality in the room was good, and sleep was comfortable thanks to the non-dry air. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service for most of our stay, which was inconvenient given the steep stairs and being on the fourth floor.
