Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Paris XVII

I was unaware of all the additional charges. If you want room cleaning, extra towels. It was all at a charge. Also the 5 am fire alarm because someone smoked in their room. We were initially told someone was cooking and at check out was told smoking.

The young, slightly Asian-looking, guy in the reception was friendly. Rooms are fairly huge, including bathrooms.

The halls smell like curry or mold, it’s hard to know. Bedsheets were stained It’s very far away from the airport

Location and check-in and checkout was great . Am shift person was so helpful, he explained everything thing.

The pm shift front desk person was so unfriendly . Obviously a person who is just unhappy and is working in the wrong field. No interest in helping people and making people feel welcome

Clean, nice and including all necessary equipment to cook.

The neighborhood was super loud over the weekend at nights.

The bathroom would get completely wet every time we showered because the door wouldn't close properly.They dont clean the room if you dont stay more than 7 days, and also dont change the towels.The bathroom also had mold.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing, great staff, amazing view from the 4th floor and an adorable kitchen. The room was cozy, clean and it smelled really nice. The bathroom great and the internet was nice.The location of the hotel is also great, just a few walk and there's RER C, rentable bicycles just outside the hotel and bus stops.

Cons: nothing.

I liked the closeness of shops, subway, and ease of getting to the airport

Bed mattress had it like a banana and pillows soft. Room need of repairs and sink blocked.Noise of road of moter way lound and playground late open.Need coins to use washing machine and dryer but hotel unable to supply and dryer burnt my shirt.Door did not close properly and after 5 day room was serviced but door was left open.The saying is you pay for what you get.

Fairly big room for Paris, a comfortable bed and everything was very clean. I could adjust heating easily. It's a 10 min walk from the metro station. Room had a good isolation, couldn't hear noice from the street. The staff are nice

A minor inconvenience is that there was a faucet leak in the bathroom, and the technician wasn't working on that day (Saturday). The receptionist was arranging and changed my room.

Cleaning of room every Friday but they after 2 days and I have to ask them 2 times2

The room is large and modern. There is a large entry which leads to a small kitchenette and an adequate-sized bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a nice large vanity and shower enclosure. The closest Metro station is St Ouen and line 14 takes you down to some of the sites of interest to tourists. If you are flying into Orly, line 14 will take you from the airport to St Ouen. There is a small grocery store and a 24-hour bakery close to the hotel. The hotel has luggage storage. It costs 24 euros per hour to use the pool.

The bathroom walls and chairs are dirty. It's definitely time for a deep clean, touch-ups to paint and replacement of some decor.

Everything was perfect

Enough space in room. Very quiet. 10 minutes to metro station.

It was not very clean. And they only do cleaning once a week otherwise you would pay extra

The room faced a park and kids played out to 1:00 am, no ac. The second time I think some one got killed in the room. The walls had water stains like the walls had been poorly cleaned and the floor had stains

Room is really spacious. Location is close to a bus stop and some restaurnts

No a/c in the summer months, fan is provided atleast!

Excellent facilities Clean bedroom with bathrooms as well. Very close to Restaurants and super Market. With friendly staff.

The front desk staff were kind. Easy enough to find hotel. Location is close to centre by metro and tram.

Its actually quite dirty. They only give you one toilette roll. No tissue box. The hallways are absolutely filthy and haven’t been vacuumed for what looks like weeks. The rooms still had hair and dust from previous tenants. No Air conditioning, room hot and stuffy, and cant sleep when window open as there is a playground with kids playing loudly up to 2am as well as a major highway. Parking is expensive.
