OKKO Hotels Paris Gare de l'Est

Everything! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was quite helpful and the location was great! The hotel sits right at the entrance to metro trains and cabs which made it very easy to get around the city. I recommend OKKO Hotel!

The hotel is kind of isolated from vehicle traffic, so taxis cannot pick you up or drop you off at the door which made it a little tricky with getting bags to the hotel.

It was a very stylish modern room. Loved the shower and all the great smells around the hotel lobby, lounge, and all the soaps. The location close to the train stations are greatly convenient as well. Staff members were super helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom was a bit small, I wish I had more space there.

our room faced a construction site which i guess can become noisy during work days. not noisy on saturday, but the view was bad of course

I have already spoken to them about this issue and told them that I am not satisfied with what happened. Instead of apologizing, they said that the mistake was mine.The issue is that the main entrance leading to the hotel is closed from 1 AM to 5 AM, and no one informed me about this, nor did they explain how to reach the hotel in case the entrance was closed. As a result, I spent almost one to two hours in the freezing cold trying to figure out how to get there.

The only downside was the design of the separate toilet cubicle in the room…..it is extremely tight.

The location was good. Staff friendly.

The room smelled very musty during our entire stay. The shower drain was mostly blocked, so you could only run the shower for less than a minute before it flooded the room. I asked for it to be rectified and it was not.

Property is clean and comfortable. Modern and well looked after. Breakfast every morning was a bonus. Good location for walking to most places.

they have free coffee al day and an afternoon and evening snack. it is very well located between gare de l'est and gare du nord. we liked the room interior. While being next to the railway station, it was very quiet inside

the bed was not really comfortable. the bar closed quite early. the entrance from gare du nord is a bit akward.

Very clean easy access to underground and very convenient the lobby area is so relaxing

Staff is very professional and helpful. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Filtered water can be accessed at any time. Late check out during weekends.

Location was near to a trainstation, what was nice to take the train and metro, but it eas a little shady in the evening.

The toilet is very very small, the shower is separated from the toilet and the shower door is transparent.

Perfect location between Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Noise isolation is very efficient. Breakfast is perfect.

The Location, the overall hotel ambience, and the service was absolutely perfect! 5 mins walk to Gare Du Nord, 2 mins to Gare L'est, 5 mins to Magenta. Had plenty of veg restaurant options nearby. The reception staff were very helpful as well.

The only thing I think could have been better was the breakfast options.

Honestly very simple and comfortable hotel for the price you pay.It is clean, has for Paris standards big rooms and the location gets you everywhere in Paris easily.Definitely recommend for work trips and if you know Paris.

The carpet on the way to the rooms. Especially if you travel solo with bunch of suitcases as I do the carpet becomes a little bit of a challenge, but thats honestly a minor problem.

BEAUTIFUL hotel right next to Gare L’est and Gare du Nord, making easy connections to the city and for international backpackers like us! The staff was friendly and offered us complimentary snacks and beverages during their daily happy hour. Room was well furnished and surprisingly more spacious than I thought. Very quiet for being next to a train station. We didn’t hear a train all night (or day!).

The makeshift desk that folds down from the wall is quite slanted downhill—a tiny qualm that really doesn’t detract from the greatness of the hotel.
