Les Jardins du Faubourg Hotel & Spa by Shiseido

The staff was exceedingly friendly. The room was very clean. The hammam, sauna, and pool were fantastic.

The room size is a bit small. But, it is well priced so it's worth it. The menu of the restaurant downstairs could use two or three items on it that are more of a snack than a meal.

Staff was amazing especially thanks to Carl who made our stay amazing and Karim. I had a toddler and they made my stay super special.

I was charged for outlets that I left in the room and when I asked for them the front desk didn’t inform me that this comes at a cost, she should’ve mentioned that an outlet would cost me around 40 euros

Too expensive for what is offered. Very nice rooms but not for that price.

Location Cozy Place, amazing stuff starting from the Porter to the front desk and with the lovely management staff.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything I needed. The facilities are well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nicely designed, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The cleaning was very good but not entirely thorough. Some areas in the room were dusty, and the bed sheets had small stains that might not be noticeable from afar, so it wasn’t 100% clean. However, overall my stay was very good.

Very comfortable and a luxe feel to everything. Staff attentive and welcoming.

Nice property, nice room

Cleaning could have been better and would not expect a 5 start property to store your pillows on the floor as was done here. Only a few restaurants in the immediate neighborhood of the hotel.

Both the rooms and the overall facilities were great, with great taste and care. But also the Spa area was amazing, I never use public pools in hotels or anywhere for that matter usually because they smell and seem dirty, but this one was an exception, the space was great, smelled super clean and saw their staff take care of cleaning immediately after previous guests used the space. Also breakfast space was great, it was nice to eat while looking at a garden, not really common in a big city. The area was also really safe due to the ministry of interior and other governmental buildings being near by, but at the same time super close to Rue St Honoraire where all the great shops are.

We had a wonderful spa experience! Manu did a great job! Everyone from the staff was very friendly and competent!

The lunch dish was tasty but a little to small portion. The omlet was not on the level like the rest of cusine, hotel and personel!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional – from the delicious food to the comfortable accommodations. The staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. A truly fantastic experience! It’s my second time staying.

Location, breakfast, garden area

When we were doing check out out bill was with all breakfasts that we already paid with our booking, so basically it was 450€ over the bill good that we checked it. Be careful and check twice all bills
