    Pros +

    • Quiet room, terrific location of the hotel. Close to the metro and terrific eating h options. The staff was superb
    • Everything was good. Bed very comfortable. Good sized room for Paris.
    • The beds in this hotel were very comfortable and some of the best we have ever had in Europe. The black out curtains were awesome, especially if you are suffering with jet lag. This room was very clean and it was very quiet.

    Cons -

    • Only one issue. Someone kept knocking on my door from hotel. Never did figure out what they wanted.
    • This was our first trip to Paris and we weren't familiar with the city. This Hotel was a little out of the way but it made up for it because we slept so good because it was quieter not being in the middle of all of the city noise.
    • There is a Paris city tax charged to each occupant for each night that the hotel does not disclose until checkout.

The outdoor dining space was perfect. Also there are several great restaurants in the area.

The second room I had was pretty clean, it was also quiet. The location was great.

One of the staff members was rude, wifi didn't work in my room even after repeated complaints, the phone in my room didn't work, I also had to request to switch rooms because the first room's toilet smelled like sewage.

Location. Quiet & large room in the heart of the city.

Extremely limited parking, in fact no room for our car! Be sure to reserve parking in advance if you want a space under the hotel.

clean and modern, decent location though....

Noisy street, even in the middle of the night: traffic noise even from a seventh-floor room.

    The room was extremely small

Location to Tower. 30 min walk

The room had a musty smell.

Nice location, in the busy place near train, bus and metro station. Lots of shops, supermarkets nearby.Room is cozy, with comfortable bed and coffee machine.

When we arrived, they asked for 150 Euro deposit for breakfast. Even though we only use 28 Euro for breakfast, they put additional amount and said it is for tax. Actually tax is already included in the room price . They returned my deposit 75 Euro only.

Didn't have breakfast here as there are so many places to eat near the hotel.

Nothing really, a nice little stay for two nights as we were attending the Retromobile event in Paris.

The staff were really nice and helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions. The hotel wasn’t too close to the major sites but I liked that it was in the more artsy, theater-loving side of Paris. There were many metro stations nearby so it was very easy to get to the touristy parts of the city. There were a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area.

We were in room 410 and there was a smell from the beginning and lasted days. The air conditioning only cooled off at night during showers and when hot it was very stuffy. Window wouldn’t open. The most annoying thing was the price we paid for the room to not have internet access we called reception 2 times and also talked to the front seat to say they would talk to tech! Again after 6 days with the price I paid wouldn’t recommend of you want fresh air and internet! Staff was amazing especially housekeeping and the girl who worked mornings she was always super nice!

The hotel’s location is fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms. The air conditioner wasn’t working well, but it was pleasant enough. My mom stayed in a corner room with a working air conditioner, so it might have been a problem with certain rooms. The breakfast was great, and I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s super well-located across from Montparnasse, with many restaurants in the area and walking distance to St. Germain and the Luxembourg Gardens.

The hotel was clean . Excellent location Montparnasse is at 6 minutes walk and 1 minutes from Gaîté Metro station. Restaurant and shop around.Comfortable beds. I was worried about the noise as my room was on the road side but the soundproof is amazing. I also like the check out time as 12 pm.

The knock on the door before 10 am was a disgraced , especially for a 4 star hotels. Reception needs to work in collaboration with housekeeper. They need to inform them when customers have check out . Housekeepers should not be knocking door in any hotels.
