    Pros +

    • The location, even if it doesn't appear so on first sight, was really amazing. It was right next (like 3 minutes away walking) from a very well located metro station. The staff was very polite and helpful, and I have no complains about the room, the bathroom and wifi.
    • Nice room with a reasonable size for Paris, close to the Metro, staff was great and available 24hr. Price was reasonable too. Within walking distance to the National Museum of Natural History and the Jardin des Plantes.
    • This is a 2-star and price is fairly affordable. And the price matches its quality. Everything is overthere, shower, facilities, fans, etc. The room is tidy and clean, location is good to travel with trains. Overall safe area.

    Cons -

    • The elevator doesn't reach the last floor, so if you are staying there you'll have to climb one floor using stairs which can be an issue with heavy luggage. Bathroom was very small. Location is close to the Metro but it still takes a while to get to attractions near the center of Paris (about 15-20 min on average)
    • The bed is kind of too soft. The Washing Basin got stuck.
    • Very small toilets, the building is old but with that price in Paris and great location I think it is okay.

It was very clean and the best location ever you walk to metro for 3 mins and with only 1 metro you can reach to Louvre, Eiffel, Luxembourg gardens. Very kind staff.

The only thing I liked was having a real key to open the room rather than those depressing plastic card room keys. Oh, I also liked that it had a desk. I always need a desk! I like that the curtains had blue designs on them. I like blue. I appreciated the double glazing on the windows. So I liked more than I thought.

I wrote ahead of time to say that I didn't eat gluten, dairy, or meat and asked if they offered breakfast things I could eat. They wrote at first to say no, they had no glutenfree foods. They sent a followup email saying that if I let them know what I could eat they might be able to accommodate me. But at the hotel, they had nothing I could eat and refused to make any accommodation. I have been to many small, inexpensive hotels before where the staff went out of their way to give me breakfast foods that are safe for me to eat. But this hotel provided no vegetable milks, no soy milk, no gluten-free food, no eggs, no protein of any kind. So I just didn't eat breakfast. It makes a HUGE difference to how I feel about a hotel if the staff is kind and flexible and accommodating. Even providing soy milk or fresh fruit would have made a huge difference. The room was tiny and cramped, and it was a real struggle to do even a little bit of yoga. The walls of the rooms were paper-thin and I could hear my neighbors coughing, rattling hangers, and turning water off and on. There was no tea kettle in the room, which is something I consider essential. One thing that especially upset me was that the bathroom was not cleaned. My bed was made every day, but the bathroom was left dirty. Only one woman at the front desk was friendly, the rest of the front-desk people were surly and could barely say bonsoir. I would have liked to have a face cloth to wash my face.

Staff was really great. For 2 star hotel in Paris, you really get value for your money. Great position, close to the metro station where you can catch lines 5, 6 and 7. Nice experience.

The room was a little small but, for 2 star hotel, it was just fine.

Room was clean and the majority of the staff was nice and helpful. The location is good, 5 min walking distance from a metro station which makes it very easy to move around.

Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear whats happening next door and on the corridors outside. No street noise though.

    Lacatoin and clean renovated room.

Very small and uncomfortable bath room and toilet.

Small and practical, but lovely staff and great location. The place is small and walls are very thin, but it is clean and comfortable. Metro is close and lots of restaurants nearby.

it was perfect for a short solo trip. the bed was super comfortable.

at the check-in it was a bit slow, because she wrote everything by hand in a book. But we are not in a hurry right? ;) super friendly staff.

The room was large enough to walk around the bed, with a little desk and a wardrobe. The room was bright even though only on the 2nd floor so I was happily surprised. The blackout curtains worked well and allow me to sleep in when I wanted to. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. All the staff I saw were very polite and friendly. Definitely a great value for the price.

The walls between rooms are quite thin so I could hear the neighbors when they listened to TV a bit loud or have a long distance phone call.

The room was clean and well equipped and perfect for me on my own travelling for work. The location was easy to find and central. I left my AirPods on the bed and they kept them for me so that a friend could collect and couldn't have been nicer about it- 10/10!

It's basic hotel with very friendly and welcoming personnel. It was always a pleasure to interact with them. The room I booked was a little bit smaller than I expected but it's totally fine if you're a solo traveller or don't plan to spend much time there. The building is old but well-kept and it's visible the hotel is being taken care of. The main advantage is the location - this arrondissement is one of my favourite districts to stay in Paris as it's a street-art museum under the open sky with lots of beautiful murals all around, you just need to look for them. It's very quiet and safe at night with convenient proximity to other places and lots of great restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores around as well as different means of transportation. And the price-value ratio of this hotel truly stands out. I also liked that the hotel takes care about sustainability and offers option not to change towels every day and reduce the frequency of cleanings if needed.

Having a teapot in the room would be helpful, I would assume it's possible to get one at the reception I just didn't ask.

Location is convenient, a few minutes to the nearest station.Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly.

Water pressure is low for the shower.Water could lose its heat sometimes.

Cleaness, in general room all you needed apart from kettle and small frigo that would been perfect. Room was silent too

    Mentioned above.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room and bathroom was clean and well maintained

The USB charging points were not working, and it was a pain to charge mobiles and power banks

Great location! The staff is phenomenal. They were all so gracious, helpful, and congenial. The room was the perfect size and super clean!

    8ElizabethPosted on: 9-18-2024

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location very good, adjacent restaurants and short walk to metro. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have this

Noise could carry a bit but people were considerate and signs were displayed asking people to be quiet when entering/exiting after certain time

A very nice english speaking reception. Room is military boot camp grade clean and bed nicely welcoming. Room is tidied daily with same result. Corner room with nice sunlight from two directions. Not too much traffic on the street. Metro station within two minutes. 24/7 reception keeping track of key and very serviceminded.

The WC in the room I had, is the closest I seen in a submarine since the navy. The shelf above the sink prevent you from putting your face over the sink. The seven corners i that room made a visit "a bit acrobatical". Personal preference, bed are at the softer side. Note, for the same expense I dont remind returning.
