Rooms are small but quite adequate

If possible, get a room with windows facing the church to the north. It is a beautiful church and the gargoyles are looking in your window. Pretty cool. Staff are very friendly. Get tickets to the Louvre in the lobby to avoid the line at the museum.

The lobby is nice enough. At first glance it seemed like less than a three star with cramped cluttered halls and desperate need for a paint job ( I recommend a light color not maroon)but the room was fine, small. Location great and people nice.

Staff and location is top. All the either services are within the standards for these level of hotels and are according to what is described in the different web sites.

The noise from the street is hardly filtered, even if the street is not very busy.

The location is fantastic. Centrally located to all the major sites, shopping and restaurants. I strongly recommend the evening Seine River tour, located directly across from the hotel at Pont Nuef. This is a great way to see the sights at night, especially the Eiffel Tower. The staff was exceptional and the room was wonderful, we even had a tub.

We booked a ride back to the airport thru the front desk. Unfortunately the ride cost 15 euro more than they hotel quoted.

Lovely hotel with a fabulous location. Next to the Louvre and the Samaritaine department store. 2 mins from the Seine.

It's a small little hotel not 10 minutes from The Louvre. Wonderful cafés and restaurants--right up to Michelin-starred-- in easy walking distance. All the great shopping of Rue Sainte-Honoré and across the Seine in Saint-Germain-des-Prés are a 15-minute walk. Perfect mid-price hotel for Paris.It's part of a chain, so that you can stop in any of the other properties and have free tea or coffee and cake. Housekeeping look after your room no matter how late you sleep in after a night on the town. And it's staffed 24/7 at the main desk by friendly, helpful, bilingual people.

Breakfast was not as good as prior visit

Super central to the city especially the Louvre. Easy to walk to various metro stations. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good breakfast and liked the free coffee and cake available in the afternoons.

Room was small as was breakfast room but I totally understand that the building is old and had a different purpose originally.The hotel was clean and comfortable and we only slept there as we were sightseeing. Bed comfy.

A bit pricey but that’s the location and we did travel during a school holiday

The hotel is in a great location, clean and the rooms were a great size. The glass of champagne on arrival was a great touch.Adam at reception was fabulous - really helpful and gave us lots of local tips for site-seeing. He is a star - Thank you

Warm welcome from reception and even a glass of champagne on arrival! Always ready to assist with taxis and advice. Even the manager came to chat with us.Availability of drinks and even cake in the reception area was a great bonus.Super central location and easy access to local restaurants and major tourist attractions.Everything was very clean and inviting.It’s a boutique gem.

The location was great. Next to the Louvre. Walking distance to Cathedral of Notre Dame. The room was adequate size, not large. Facility was clean. The breakfast was good. It is located on a side street across from a church. It is a small hotel with, I think, only twenty rooms. The elevator was very small and fits only 4 people tightly. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

The elevator was a little scary. There was not a lot of room to put our suitcases. Expensive, but everything in Paris is expensive.

Loved the central location in Paris. Great charm and an amazing breakfast!
