    Pros +

    • Wonderful location. Friendly and sincere staff. Super close to metro, 20 seconds from front door. Unit is quiet and the price is hard to beat! Did not try breakfast so cannot review. Special shout out to Ben at the front desk. Thanks for your hospital ??
    • For a solo traveler is quite comfortable. All what you need. The room size is limited but that’s a very Parisian thing. It’s clean and I loved my room and the location. The shover has very good pressure and good temperature. The room was nicely heated.
    • I really enjoyed my stay here - the rooms are renovated in a nice, simple style and are very clean - I was pleased with my view of the church across the street. It is easy to get to the centre of town with a metro steps from the door. I liked that there was someone at the desk 24 hours. A great choice, I would stay here again.

    Cons -

    • It’s a tradition Parisian building. Great location, just a few steps from the metro. All the shops ( patisseries, supermarket etc) right around the corner.
    • Finding the room at first was confusing but after figuring it out it was easy to navigate from there.
    • I arrived late, 10PM (22:00), and I explained that I had been promised the hotel would considered a potential later check-out. The man at the front desk, who's English was a bit broken, dismissed me completely by saying that the rule was to check-out before noon so it wasn't possible. I explained again, and he said he didn't see anything on his system. It's ok that it wasn't possible, but it wasn't ok that he had no idea about what I was talking about. I left a message to the hotel via Booking and they said it was just that they didn't know when the next guest was arriving (not convincing, and the man clearly didn't know what I was talking about, plus every booking system asks the potential check-in time. ALSO, after I went in and out a couple of times, respectfully and quietly, I almost felt bad for the person at the front desk, who clearly wanted to rest (don't blame him) but guests should be able to come and go as they want without having to ring a bell and wait, or walk out of the room into a VERY dark front desk area looking for the receptionist who then takes some time to walk out. IN ADDITION, the cleaners were chatting and making sounds in the morning (a very nice gentleman and a loud not so friendly woman); I went out of the hotel to have breakfast, and when I asked for my keys the man at the front desk said the cleaner had it. They had already been in my room because she said 'oh, the room with the large luggage, ok'. Then she opened the door for me and didn't give me the key back, as if pushing me to leave the hotel soon. That is NOT OK, since the check-out is 12PM and I could have still walk out and back if I wanted. It's too bad because the location is great and the room is nice, but a good traveling experience it's always based on small details, so I'm only rating it at 7.

I'm very thankful because I made a mistake with my reservation and the staff was so kind to help me through it.Rooms are very comfortable, excellent stay!

The location. Fell in love with the neighborhood. The church right across the way. Proximity to parks and cafés everywhere. Classic feel, not trying hard to be hip. Just clean and functional. Personal.

I loved having my own small private space both bedroom and bathroom. It was a good view and there were a lot of accommodations in the room as well. Right next to the metro so easy to get around from there and the staff was very helpful.

Finding the room at first was confusing but after figuring it out it was easy to navigate from there.

The location is great, vibrant area with many food options and excellent transportation to any area in the city, including main train stations. The room was nicely updated and very clean, with a comfy bed (though good lighting, the window is on the ceiling, so no option for fresh air ;/ which I wish had been specified. The responses from the staff before arrival were fast and efficient (though NOT consistent with facts, which I'll explain below). They were respectful and kind through every message).

The view to the church was super cute. It was very close to the subway good price for the locational

    8FrankPosted on: 8-1-2025

I loved the neighborhood, and the rooms were small (the norm in Paris) but clean, and the staff helpful.

We stayed during a heatwave, so air condition would have been nice.

    10MarilinaPosted on: 7-25-2025

Next to a subway station, clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast, nice staff. I'd definitely go back.

    6GabrielaPosted on: 7-16-2025

The location of the hotel is good and well connected. The entrance area and the floor look a little old, but the room and bathroom is renovated and modern.

The room was not fully clean from the previous guest (garbage bin was full etc.). The walls are rather thin.

    4GracielaPosted on: 7-13-2025

    It's close to the subway

No air conditioner, terribly equipped. No one checked my documents at the check in, I felt unsafe.

    9HongkaiPosted on: 6-14-2025

The location is great. There are many restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. It’s about 200 meters from one of Metro Line 11 stations.

    9LeePosted on: 6-2-2025

Clean rooms. Close to public transportation and a beautiful church. The staff was helpful.

Parking was a fair distance away. Overpriced breakfast.

    7AlejandraPosted on: 5-10-2025

The location. Metro station is right next to it and there are plenty of shops around (restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, laundry shops, bakeries…)

The room was very small and dusty

Great location by the church and metro at Jourdain. Quiet but interesting part of Paris with lovely shops and cafes nearby. Nice bathroom.

The hotel is very simple- no kettle in the room and no real space for your things. The hallways are basic and narrow, and because it’s an old building you can hear all the doors opening and closing- and the lift is TINY! A strange thing happened that we had bought a catalogue from the Pompidou and when we checked out we accidentally left it. When my French friend called to ask about it- they said it wasn’t there but we had not taken it with us. I doubt anyone would have stolen it but perhaps it was thrown away by mistake. It was a shame that it disappeared as it was a nice memento.

    7ElnaggarPosted on: 4-22-2025

The location is amazing. Through far from the attractions the metro station was just outside the hotel, so quite convenient. Cafes and bakeries in abundance. You get real Paris vibes with normal people hanging out in the cafes. Supermarket and pharmacy right around the corner. The staff is also very friendly and tries to help. The bathroom was modern.

The hotel is quite run down. Although people in the comments said it was exceptionally clean, my experience was far from it. The sheets were smelly, there were heaps of dust in the corners and under the beds. The room was not cleaned regularly despite leaving the notice at the door, so I had to place a request at the front desk. The room was tiny with little to no place for hanging clothes. The safe wasn't working. So the pictures of a cute modern boutique hotel were a bit deceiving.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, in a lively but not loud neighborhood with cafes and restaurants around. I liked our room.

We stayed in this hotel 3 night and are very satisfied. Good value of money. Very good location. Metro is just in 1 min walking, there some coffee shops, cafe and restaurants. Area is quiet and our room had nice view of church. The room wasn’t that big, but cozy and clean what is very important

Reception area gives a worse impression than the rooms - which seem renovated recently. World’s tiniest elevator. Bathroom was nice.
