    Pros +

    • The room was extremelly clean. The room size was fine for a single person. The location is great., did feel safe at night. Great peaceful district. Lots of trendy places to go to. The staff was so polite, kind, smiling and so helpful on all fronts. I will definitively use this hotel again.
    • When you come into this small hotel, there's a small reception and upstairs there are small rooms. But the receptionist has a big smile, the cleaning ladies have shown a lot of kindness and you can feel wellcome when you come in. Constantly making sure you are OK and ready to help. Breakfast is fresh and the rooms are cleaned daily. This hotel made my Paris experience complete.
    • Great location, with access to subway to get around. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

    Cons -

    • The only little problem was the noise of the pipes from the neighbour. And i had to make sure i was checkng after flushing my toilets that the button was coming back up properly or then the water will be running non stop.(minor issue)
    • Upon my late arrival, I found out that the toilet in my room was not functioning due to a plumbing issue. I reported this immediately, only to be informed that the hotel had already been aware of the problem, as the pipe had been shut off due to a leak. Unfortunately, this was not disclosed to me at check-in.The temporary "solution" provided—redirecting me to a public toilet near the entrance and placing towels to soak up the mess—was both inconvenient and unsanitary. This significantly impacted my comfort and privacy. While the issue was resolved later while I was out, I was left with the clear impression that this situation was not handled with the seriousness it warranted.
    • The left was old and very small, also the hallways in the floors were very very narrow.

The room was small, but comfortable for us. The stairwell is narow, the elevator is small, but it has a good vibe. It is not a luxury hotel, but friendly and cosy. The location is perfect, public transport takes you anywhere. There is a lot of bar and restaurant, brasserie, boulangerie. We felt safe in the area even late at night. The neighborhood is a bit noisy due to the proximity of bars, but for me it's more of a pleasant buzz. The stuff was nice and helpful.

Everything! Hotel is great, location is great, and the stuff is the best! They are so kind and polite. Room was cleaned everyday and we also had new towels everyday. If you are looking for small, comfy and clean hotel, you are in the right place. We wish you all the best in your work! Good luck! Hope to visit you again! Regards from Nemanja and Jovana

    Good location, clean property

The room and the lift were too small

Our Concierre Masud was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The room was cleaned daily.

We did not like the fact that the maid forgot to leave two bath towels 3/5 days of our stay.

The hotel is well located and there are a lot of restaurant options around. The room is clean

The room is very small and lack of closet or storage facilities to store luggage and hang clothes

The Bangladesh staff was so friendly that we became friends! The breakfast costs, but You can drink coffee in the kitchen for free.

The little bit of smell and sound. Not that near from station. At nighttime(10 pm outside)there could be little dangerous.

    Only the location

    1. The receptionist told me that they “upgraded my room for free” when I entered the room I found it really normal and doesn’t seem to have any upgrade. His colleague told me upon check out that we were upgraded for “ a bigger room” which doesn’t make sense because the room was fairly small and could barely accommodate the two-adults bed inside it. 2. The front desk is no way to be reached through the phone in the room.3. The front desk which is supposed to be working 24 hours was found to be sleeping in the luggage room when I needed to get out for an emergency. 4. When I returned after going to the pharmacy at 3:00 am, I found the door to the hotel open and the front desk employee sleeping again which didn’t feel very safe. 5. The room smelt funny.6. The pillows dropped funny stuff when I tried to sleep on it. I couldn’t two three hours of night sleep.

Friendly stuff, I could leave my belongings before my check in/out until.my travel time, very handy

The only thing is that the rooms are small, but for the price and location is worth it

Great location for me, walking distance to Montmartre. Room quite small but not a problem as a solo traveller. Close to the metro for getting around. Staff helpful. Would stay again.

    10AlexanderPosted on: 8-24-2025

Close to a metro station and easy to walk to popular tourist attractions. The staff are exceptional and very attentive.

The location was really nice - a quick 10 min walk from The Moulin Rouge. It suited our needs as a place to stay while in Paris! It was a little small and cramped but if you’re just sleeping there it doesn’t really matter.

The cleaners broke my plug adapter (hit it with so much force the pins went sideways and I couldn’t plug it in) and when I mentioned it to the front desk staff they first said they’d have to ask the cleaners in the morning and then when I asked a second desk staff in the morning he said the manger wasn’t around. Neither staff member seemed concerned about trying to fix the problem (that being I no longer had an adapter I could use for my next stop in Europe - the staff did give me one of theirs to use overnight at least). I asked if they could reimburse me the cost of buying a new one and didn’t really get much of a reply. We had to leave to get to the airport so I said I’d get in contact. They are VERY lucky the next hotel I stayed at in Rome had a staff member who was able to force the pins straight again and fixed my adapter, meaning I didn’t need to buy a new one. But I’m not very impressed by the way the staff handled their cleaners breaking my belongings. I won’t be staying here again due to this reason.

great for short-term stays. Everything was decent if not really good. Great value for a budget hotel. Lots of nice restaurants in the area with different cuisines. Bars open until late so great vibrant area

can't say there was a negative. Stayed only one night

Location. Very clean facilities. Great personnel.

    9HaiyenPosted on: 6-10-2025

It is located in a quiet and safe place, which near metro so it was easy to get around the city

The bathroom quite small but I dont think I can ask for more in Paris with such price
