Location, clean, friendly staff

Had to wait long time for room when checking in. Staff not always available

Perfect location everything was in walking distance.

Pretty small but perfect for 2 people.

Location, hospitality and clean

I could hear the people of the other rooms flushing, showering and talking. Outside vehicles and horns noises , windows are not sound proof.

Location couldn’t be better! Nice restaurants very close by.

I would like to have an automated card lock for my room rather than a old type of key

Lift next to the room, so that was a bit noisy. Very small desk so not really suited to business travellers.

We loved the location of the hotel! So many good things on the door step and super easy to access metro.

The bedroom and bed was on the smaller side but as expected with Paris and wouldn’t put me off booking again.

Bad communication

They don't speak English I tried to communicate with them they respond after 5 days, I tried to cancel my stay 2 weeks before my arrival they ignored my message honestly the worst experience I faced in this app.

The location is great, also the staff from reception, they are all very kind. The lady who cleaned our room was great. The bed & bathtub very good

It s a very very small room or maybe just our room was like this. (204)We barely have space to move with all our luggages. We set the temperature but still cold in the room on the night. The lady from breakfast not the best

Rooms are extremely small with bathrooms much smaller. One person can barely turn in the room and they are ridiculously expensive for the price of the tiny room. In no way worth the money

Good bed, shower, location.

Fitness center in disrepair; light in hotel room was actually blue making it impossible to see the colour of clothes; no shampoo, only soap. Quite loud in hotel.

Nicely located just 2 steps away from the Marche des Enfantes Rouges in the Marais. Lively place but still quiet in the night, never been bothered by any noise!

The room is really really small

The location in the Marais is great, the elevator worked smoothly, the shower was good, overall I slept well here. The reception desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

With 350€ per night this stay was clearly overpriced. With similar size and design of the room I found other hotels for less than 200€ in the same area.The bed was 160cm, which is large for Paris, but still small for two people. The bathroom was also quite tiny. The room key plates were huuuge, so hardly something you'd take along. And finally barely any noise isolation, when your room neigbours come home, it feels like they'd be in your room...

Breakfast was great. And the rooms are large and clean, especially for Paris. The location was convenient, and the staff were great.

During the day, throughout the hotel, the internet kept dropping. This happened on multiple occasions on multiple days. At night, presumably when internet traffic was less, it generally worked fine. But I needed it most during the day. To be included as part of the name of the hotel, the fitness facilities were fairly small and outdated. There was a bunch of random furniture piled next to the sauna. The clutter did not impede its use, but was not ideal.

Reception area charming with old wood beams. Room with comfortable bed and pillows, and thoughtful touches like light within reaching area of bed and several hooks on wall for jackets or clothes .

Location. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos.

GREAT staff, really clean, great location, good breakfast, immaculate room and bathroom, lovely colour scheme, modern but in a good way...lovely staircase! Room on 5th floor was very quiet too which was great.

Our Superior Double was smaller than we expected. It has a big diagonal beam in the middle which makes it feel even smaller. Luckily we had only one small suitcase between us but can't imagine where a second would have fit. The bathroom was tiny too with just enough room to turn around in. Not sure what made this double 'Superior' to a standard double as it literally could not have been smaller....for two people, but for just one night was fine. Having said that it's Paris and we know not to expect large rooms, but paying the extra didn't seem worth it. That said....we would return!
