I really loved the atmosphere of the hotel. stylish, warm and very cozy. The rooms are comfortable, the bar and restaurant are excellent, and the Turkish hammam with jacuzzi is absolutely amazing. A perfect place for deep relaxation. The staff were wonderful, very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The staff were really nice and accommodating, the location is well connected , metro is less than 5 min away! Place is decorated with taste , simple and minimalistic, ok for short stays!

The spa conditions can be improved, sauna is ok, but the swimming pool is not a jacuzzi nor you can swim in it! Water is rather cold in there, and the fact that allow drinks and eating in the jacuzzi is not ok,as I witnesses a bottle break during my stay and there was glass everywhere, people playing loud music, so not very relaxing , you go to spa to relax , the experience was more of a disco than spa! The heating does not work well in my room, it didn’t went higher than 15-16 degrees, i was freezing , as outside were -2!

We absolutely loved this property. The staff made us feel like we were at home. Very friendly staff. They were a joy to interact with. The hotel bar is quaint and comfortable. We enjoyed having a few drinks there before going out to dinner. The breakfast was simple and delicious. Croissants and soft boiled eggs. A great way to start the day. The location is fantastic. Close to several metro stations.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Spa exceeded my expectations, considering it is a 3 stars hotel. The location is amazing, close to many metro stations, supermarket and othwr amenities

Might be rooms are a bit small, but it is in line with the minimalist vibe that you breath as soon as you access the place

Air conditioner didn’t work. They tried to fix it and restart the system. it still barely worked.

The bed was really really comfy. And the room AC was good too. Staff are friendly and they run the cute little bar beneath. All the good stuff in the city js near to the hotel!

The hammam goes off every time the door wasnt shut properly. So every time you want to use it you have to shut the door well first and wait for it to go on. But still nice to use

The location was stellar an easy walk to Place du Bastille. This vibrant community with great restaurants, Bars and cafe's also hosts open air markets on Thursday & Sunday. Sensational seafood join the locals at bar tables for Oysters and prawn & a cheeky glass of white or two Great fashion boutiques round out a terrific location.The Spa was nice to relax in & is included in the room rate The front of house team were friendly & helpful

The room was tiny. We were there 4 days & my husband & I had to alternate moving around the room or using the bathroom.We tend to go out early morning & return 2pm or 3pm .Despite leaving the "please clean out room sign " out , the room was rarely done & often the cleaning team were in there & we had to wait.It needed more storage options & just space in general

The hotel was so lovely. The restaurant, room, spa & pool were all amazing I ate in the restaurant both nights and it was gorgeous food, I would highly recommend!The staff were so friendly and caring, especially Vasile (sorry if spelt wrong)

The air condition didn’t work properly and despite us mentioning this problem every morning it wasn’t fixed and I woke up from the heat in the middle of the night every night we were there

I could store my luggage before and after my stay without a problem

The food in the restaurant could be better . The waiter is very nice but quality of food could be to a much better level for the price you pay .
