It's a cleanly managed hotel, but it didn't seem like Maid was doing a perfect cleaning.

The location was good and the breakfast buffet was ok.

Yes. Most of the staff was fine. But one was terrible. He should be fired. We asked him to arrange a shuttle to the airport for us. I listened to him rather than follow my better judgment. Consequently we missed our flight.

Our room was great. Spacious, comfortable, perfect temperature, nice bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Couldn't have asked for more. Great location, in between two metro stations and walking distance to Gare du Nord.

Excellent breakfast. Perfect location and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Room a bit on the small side, which in my experience is normal for Paris.

The 2 guys on day and night shifts that I encountered were just the best! Polite, respectful and informative.

The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location, just a short walk from gare du nord, close to several metro stops that ran to the most popular destinations in the city and close to and many restaurants, bakeries and a park. I felt very safe coming back to my hotel after midnight and appreciated having someone at the desk 24/7. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Metro rumbling under us. But we just got off from a river cruise so it was quieter than the boat engine.

Perfect location, decent value for money with a nice bathroom.

The pillows are way too thick and stopped me from getting a decent nice sleep. There is also a metro running under the hotel, although it didn't bother me too much.

When we arrived to room was cold freezing with no option to turn on air conditioner from the room. The bathroom door doesn't close.

Room insulation are very poor you can hear the people in the room next door having a shower or drying their hairs

The hotel was very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and neat. Easy to reach to. And it’s in an amazing location. There is nice warm water in winter.

Internet was down most of the time. Rooms size are small but it’s good for the budget.

It was a very good location. It's my first time in Paris and am surprised to see lots of asian restaurants in the area. There's lots of groceries and cafes around too. The area is about 15 minute walk to galleries lafayette. Its in a main road so it feels quite safer.

The broiler room broke so we didn't have warm water for a night. But they gave us complimentary breakfast instead. Overall it was very good.
