Great value for money in a great location and staff were helpful and lovely, breakfast was excellent

Small thing lift is very small so only fit 2-3 max . And the pillows weren’t the best

Location was very good and close to the train/metro stations. The room itself and bathroom were clean and had everything necessary - shampoo/shower gel, well-working hairdryer, enough space to store personal cosmetic products near the wash basin, TV and Wi-Fi worked well, and there was even a small fridge. Breakfast options were decent.

During winter, the room is a little bit on the colder side (temperature set for 22 degrees without the possibility to adjust). Not a major thing, though, as the blankets kept us warm at night and I'm generally sensitive to cold anyway.

Nice hotel, short walk from Gare Du Nord. Close to restaurants and good transport links. Staff were polite.

They cancelled my booking just...

While in the train, on my way to this hotel that I booked, I received two messages. First they told me my booking was not possible due to 'technical problems', hence they found a customer who was willing to pay more. After being sent to two different hotels, the final hotel didnt know I was coming but fortunately had a room. Absolute disgrace that this is possible, they just cancelled my booking a couple of hours before arrival. How is this possible... Would never book here again

Rooms are small, but cute. Nice bathroom. Very close to gare du nord and gare de l'est

Breakfast wasn't good. I assume hot chocolate made with water and scrambled eggs were vegan and tasted weird.

Location is good. Close to North and East train station and metro stations. There is a big market opposite the hotel. Brekfast is very good

The room was too small. We had 2 lauggages and and there is not space to open the lauggage in the room. Heater was not under our control. You should call the reception and request them to open or close the heater.

Room to small,staircase tight.

They don’t replace our consumable everyday like coffee,sugar,cups which are available on the first day.Staircase is too tight.

Small room and tiny bathroom but very well designed, there was no problem at all. Easy transportation with bus, metro, rer, to anywhere, center, airport etc

Positive:Excellent location (about a 5-minute walk to the metro). Comfortable bed with good bedding. Very good shower. Reception staff were friendly, in general all the staffs were. At our first breakfast, i asked for an extra mug for coffee and the lady responsable didn't seem happy after muttering something in French in front of me. However, there was a lady name Sholea the next morning, who was specially kind and helpful, even though she was clearly very busy.We really Appreciated being able to store our luggage in the locker room for a few hours after check-out.

Privacy / housekeeping protocol: On our first morning (around 10:45am), housekeeping knocked and entered the room before we had a chance to respond. I was only wearing a towel and was seen. This could have been avoided with a basic “knock and wait” procedure.•Room temperature / thermostat: The room felt cold and the AC control are locked, so we could not adjust the temperature ourselves.•No extra duvet/blanket available: Because it was cold, we asked reception for an extra duvet/blanket. After speaking with three different receptionists, I was told the hotel does not have extra duvets because the hotel was full. In winter, this is a surprising and disappointing limitation, never stayed in a hotel were there was no extra basics.•Carpet cleanliness: Although the room was tidied when we requested it, the carpet (which did not look clean on arrival) was never vacuumed during our stay.Additional context: I later noticed a 2025 review describing the same cold-room/thermostat issue, and the hotel replied publicly saying they would look into it. Unfortunately, the problem still seems to exist.

Spacious room (for Paris standards), really clean, very nice wall mirror, nice decoration, playful but stylish. Very comfortable bed, bathroom is perfect too, very good value for money, very close to Gare du Nord. We will go back there again !

The hotel is modern and safe. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast although standard, has everything to help you start the day.

The room was cold at night. There is no heating system and the AC unit was centrally turned off.

Great location. Go to the restaurant next door. You’ll need to reserve a table.

Magnetic key lost its code a couple of times. Not a problem because reception was always staffed.

The location: close to the gare de l'est, metro, plenty of good restaurants/bistro around (Jungle, Bouillon Chartier, La Ville de Provins, etc...). The hotel deco is nice, the breakfast hall is very cosy and nicely decorated. The hotel stuff was friendly. The weekend we stayed there it was raining a lot and we got totally soaked shoes. The receptionist gave us their own portable heater to dry our shoes. We very much appreciated it! Thank you! The breakfast was correct - savory and sweet (eggs, cheese, meets, viennoserie, crepes, dried fruits, yogurts, etc).

Room sound isolation - We could hear neighbours talking, door slamming (but probably we just got unlucky with neighbours).

Great location nearby to the trainstation. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a tradtional french buffet.

Rooms fairly small and some noise from outside but would happily stay here again.
