- Was all great, i informed that was my boyfriend birthday just expecting a nicer view, they left the room fully decorated with a cake for him, was the nicest surprise. Will for sure be back! Thank you to the staff for making it so special❤️

Cons -
- It was all great.
- We had a range of experiences. In fairness much was very reasonable, but the sloping ceilings in our room on floor 6 made the room hard to use needing to duck many times. Also, the lift was the smallest we have ever seen, it was very tight for two people and that's without suitcases. But ... it was quite clean and the staff were polite and helpful.

The location and a d3cent breakfast.
Three out of five mornings there was no hot water.Their boiler was broken.Small things in disrepair. No doorknob on the sliding door to the bathroom. The back of a chair missed a screw and was hanging loose. The bed was firm but small.Shower nozzledidn t spray right.
The hotel itself is unacceptable,...
The only thing this place has going for it is its location near the metro. Everything else is a disaster. The elevator is a joke: so small that if you weigh more than 70 kg, you physically cannot fit inside and are forced to use the stairs. The room was in a shameful condition — peeling wallpaper, collapsing parquet floors, and a general feeling of neglect and decay. The bathroom sink barely worked, and from the second day onward there was no hot water at all.The hotel itself is unacceptable, but the staff is even worse. Instead of solving problems, they continuously lied, especially the young woman at reception and the man on the night shift. Complaints were simply brushed off.We were told to contact Booking, only to find out that the property ignores all emails and phone calls from customer service. This says everything about their level of professionalism.A disgrace of a hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
Nice location
It was dirty, beds were not clean, and we needed to change rooms because one bed was broken. I would not recommend it.
The check in staff was very friendly and held our bags before check in.
While the hotel staff is incredibly kind, the hotel itself is damaged and very dirty. The bedding was torn, stained, and was damp when we got into the room. The bathroom was the worst part, the shower was dirty and had a lot of visible mold. Everything else in there was unclean as well. The door to the room was damaged and did not feel secure, and the furniture was either already broken or falling apart. It was so bad that we checked out within 30 minutes and found a new hotel.
Horrible facilities
Small room. No air conditioning. Rude front desk clerk.
Breakfast was very good.
There was no air condition. Bathroom could be bettet
Close to train stationBreakfast was good
No wifiExtremely loud! Bring earplugs. People were screaming on the street all night long. Not just joyous sounds either. One night I was concerned I should contact the police because it sounded like extreme distress. You could hear EVERYTHING from the next rooms. I assume they also heard me when I talked on the phone as I overheard everything and my neighbor’s were speaking in a normal tone.It was like trying to sleep in a train station. By day 3 I had no energy to enjoy or explore the city. I was just ready to leave so I could have some rest and privacy. The first night towels had yellow stains.
The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in Paris
The hotel building was very old
The location of the hotel was really good - 10 minutes from the Gare Du Nord and about 2 minutes away from the Gare de l'Est. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The welcome was nice and the Reception staff were friendly. Originally we had been put in a room where the electrics were hanging off of the wall, tiles missing in the shower tray and the bathroom door not closing properly. We asked for our room to be changed and the next room was so lovely, bigger with a separate bathroom and the door closed. Added bonus! You have to put your keys in when you leave the hotel and if you're out after 9pm, you'll need to ring the doorbell to get back in.
As stated above, electrics hanging off of the wall is not acceptable and they had the smallest lift I had ever been in. Room for two people with suitcases on top of each other, a bit of a squash. The breakfast was a little bit limited but we had a flight to catch so this didn't really matter.
We liked the location. We got stranded in Paris because of cancelled flight so we took this hotel because of location and price. Friendly staff
It was very worn down. But clean sheets and towels. No bedbugs that we could see... Did not like that there was a dirty wall-to-wall carpet. Rip it out! If they renovate the hotel can be very attrative
The bathroom was good. Breakfast is fine. The location is okay. - far from the city center, but with good connections.
The storage room was not available and no compensation was offered. The staff in the morning of January 1st was not willing to help with information nor flexibility.
Good location, good price, nice people
- partially working heaters- no bathroom door- you have to let the key at the reception when you go out- wasn't really clean- room cleanner broke my charger
The kid at the counter very rude and bad maners
Personal so rude. Place was dirty. The cleaning service is a mess. I booked for a week. Next day I wanted to leave. Very bad experience I had to c9mplain to one of the managers that they didn't clean properly. I showed him the pictures how they don't clean and vacuum the room And he did apologized. Nex day he wasn't there and the same mess. The towel they gave me has yellow/brownish stain. God knows what it was. Never again to that disgusting hotel. It just a tricky name. And is located in a shifty & dangerous neighborhood.

Staff were fairly friendly
Wifi did not work the whole timeFalsely advertised luggage storage was available and it was not - only made aware after they took payment which was very snealyLift was ridiculously tiny - can barely fit insideNot allowed to leave the hotel without giving the key so need to ask for it everytime you go back to your room - paying adults treated like childrenWall sockets hanging out of the wallNo duvet provided - just a blanket
The location was ideal for the train station
Staff were unpleasant and rude Was overcharged more than I was told on a booking confirmation and no one could tell me what the additional money was fpr - told to come back in the morning which I did and still couldn’t be explained The bedroom was old and rickety, the floor was completely uneven and had holes under the carpet that you could feel when not wearing shoes One of the beds had dried in blood on the cover so we couldn’t sleep in that bed at all it’s absolute disgusting Had small children and was told the luggage room couldn’t be used and advised to use a lift to take pram etc up to the 1st floor, couldn’t fit a postage stamp in the lift so I had to carry my pram (by myselfWith no offer of any help or assistance from staff) up a winding staircase with a suitcase and a rucksack The door of our room wouldn’t even lock felt very uneasy with 2 small children Would not recommend at all If I had more money I would have booked a room elsewhere
Near from train and metro
I couldn’t sleep all nightThere was a noise all night, i barley slept for 1hrIt was the ventilation of the hotel mainly..
