Paris Bastille

The staff was so excited and helpful every day!!! Gave us directions for any place we needed!!

Location.

There was a smell in the hotel. Not sure if it was the cleaning products. Also building work is happening across the road from the hotel and there was someone rehearsing for what sounded like a performance at the Opera across the road.

The hotel was absolutely delightful - lovely staff, perfect location, and modern feel. I felt that it was excellent value for money, and I appreciated the efforts being made towards being environmentally friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

Room was small and air was only low during the evening. Breakfast was very nice, I had some concerns on the metro regarding safety.

I was happy with my stay, only wish we could have adjusted the air conditioning. There was also construction going on on the lower level.

The location was safe and convenient. The staff went above and beyond with a request we made in an emergency.

I didn't like turning in my key every time we left and that having the room cleaned cost extra. For 5 nights at least 1 cleaning day should be included halfway through.

The staff was really nice. Comfy room and great location, very close to the Bastille subway station and easy to go to the scenic area for travelers.

N/A. One small thing is they don’t offer toothbrushes and slippers, just FYI.

We were offered free breakfast for joining the environment campaign they do, if we stay at least 2 nights and our room skip the daily cleaning. The location is great, near metro station, shops, anda restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to the metro. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We only had breakfast on our last morning. It was nicely presented with plenty of choice.

The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff was truly caring and attentive, especially the lady at the reception who was so kind and considerate.

the 4 bed room was OK. the beds medium comfy and a bit noisy. the toilet lid fell of in the middle of the night waking others up

A bit small, as expected in Paris. Was unable to get chrome cast to work.

The location is very nice. The bus station, supermarkets and subway are close to the hotel. It’s easy to reach all the main sights. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the city center.

The room was small for 3 adults even though it was a superior room. There was very little storage and no drawers at all. We struggled to get organised in such a small space.

The location was great. Close to a metro stop and great places to eat. The room was nicely laid out with a comfortable bed. It’s well kept! The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day with great food choices! The staff were all very friendly!

Lovely little hotel, room was really nice. Great breakfast! Location good with lots around! If your claustrophobic this hotel isn’t for you though- tiny lift, really tiny and narrow winding staircase. Man on reception not exactly friendly. Watched myself and my friend really struggle with our and my children’s bags as only the top shelf available in the storage cupboard, would of been nice if he offered to help and he was a little grumpy!

A lot of dust around one of the children’s beds - a pull down bed.

Newly renovated and very comfortable and the staff are helpful. I also brought my dog and they were very accommodating. Nice location, near Le Marais and also Gare de Lyon.

Property was simple but very clean, comfy beds, great location to bars and 3 mins to metro and although on a busy street not noisy

Property was perfect for what we wanted and what we paid so nothing to complain about
